Incredibly poor service
I have a motor warranty with Discovery Insure. I took my vehicle to the dealership for a repair 3 weeks ago and now I cant even get a reply out of Discovery - probably the worst customer service ever experienced. Be very careful of buying this product.

Discovery Motor Warranty - be warned.
Motor Warranty is a scam. I called in to submit a claim with the product brochure in front of me - this specifically shows that CV joints are covered. The agent refused to register a claim as they say these are not covered. I then asked for this confirmed in writing which they promised me and this was never sent - really pathetic.

Poor Service
Our policy includes car hire in the case of a claim. This has been impossible to get - after many mails and holding on the line for an hour I have eventually given up. Their service is pathetic.

Don't buy this warranty
Worthless product together with arrogant attitude. This product is not worth the paper it is written on. Whatever you do - DO NOT purchase this warranty. They are doing irreperable damage to the AA brand.

Discovery Vehicle Warranty
I was notified of a new warranty product available however none of the communication had detailed product information on it. I have been trying for 4 days to get specific product information from Discovery with no joy. I think they are trying to hide the actual details of the product. Be careful.

Don't buy Samsung Appliances
Cant complain about the after sales service - there isn't any! Bought an expensive tumble dryer which stopped working in the first 3 months. It is now a week later and I can't get them out to sort it out - completely unacceptable.

Terrible Product
We bought biltong from the Mall of Africa Store and it was terrible! I then emailed them for their web site only to be ignored - very poor product.

Going backwards
<p>Discovery has become hopeless with customer service. I have mailed them twice and not a single reply. They were once a really great company to deal with but that seems to have changed.</p>

Rude and unprofessional
<p>Dont even bother with them - the call centre called me back and they were rude, arrogant and unproffessional. A very dissapointng experience all round.</p>
