I received awful service from Samsung as they rejected my promotional earbuds claim after I received my second Samsung s 23 ultra smartphone. I sent two emails and made many calls. they were not willing to solve this matter.i will never purchase any Samsung product. I will rather purchase Apple
Awful service , my Samsung s 23 ultra 512 G could nr be repaired. Vodacom’s could offered me the same smart phone . They offered me Samsung s 23 ultra 256 G they did not informed me I could claim a promotional item from Samsung !!! I waited 2 weeks for my replacement phone !!!

And the client will be held responsible if the sales consultant made an error. They explained to me that Get-More/Get-It is an external service that is linked to the profile of a certain person and that if you do a change of ownership of the Cell C contract it is the current contract holders responsibility to explain to the new contract holder that they must contact Get-More/Get-It in order to change the personal details or cancel it if the new contract holder is not interested with them directly. The call centre then gave me an example stating that if you do a change of ownership of a car and you have insurance, and you don’t call the insurance to change the owner or cancel subscription, they will also continue to deduct money and the new owner of the car will not be covered, as it is on his name now, even if you were paying for it.
