Had submitted a Claim due to the attempted Theft of parts on my vehicle. Oratile Kgomonqwe was my claims advisor. handled everything very well and efficient, and explained to me all my available options. Claim Submitted on Monday and all finalized by Friday. I had problems with my internet speed upgraded from 2 mbps line to 4 mbps line. Never got close to 1.5mbps speed so i downgraded my internet again. Paid for the 2mbps line service and got billed for 4mpbs line when upgraded but never got the speed so went back to 2mbps line now my account has been suspended becuase of the differenc. I deem it unfair to pay for a service i did not get.
<p>I'm very discussed with the service. I have cancelled my policy online with the option they give to cancel entire policy. December an January no payment went off. So that means it's been cancelled on 4th March they deducted more than R1500 from my bank account without my permission</p>
<p>I have a Top up account I see now on my bankstatement that the amount per month has increased without notifying me Cel C service went from bad to worse was the cheapest provider but now just as expensive as other and even less covarage I always struggle with signal and all they say is put phone on roaming.</p>
<p>I have done my Mechanical engineering N4 thru the college In 2015 i have send my forms thru for remarking of subject i have failed. I still havent receieved my results back and I have paid in time my new courses are awaiting those results so that I can go on with my studing</p>
<p>My Contract ended on 23rd April 2016 I have send thru the cancellation form the 3 March 2016 and again bigeinning of April to the email adress they provide on the cancellation form. My contract price was R99 a month end of march they deducted R222 so i thought that was the cancellation fees then end of april they try to deduct R249 and I called they said they never received my forms so I send it thru again the lady halep me and gave me a case Number 18967864 then onf Friday 13 May they Deducted R592 from my account why to they take money after my contract legally expired</p>
<p>I took out a legal policy with FNB a few months ago. I told them the day I took it to debit money out of my savings account, yet I have seen they deduct money out of my Cheque account that has no money in as Im trying to close the account Now FNB charges me R138 for unsuccsefull collection and i have called the department for my policy to change the account details and i see they still have not changed my account details. Please assist in changing my account debit order and arrange to refund me the R138 as I have told FNB legal to update my details twice</p>
ACC number 334246432 I have a Contract with Telkom Mobile and my Contract should have ended end of march I send Thru the form to cancel contract beginning of march and again end of march as I never received any conformation. Now They want to deduct R250 from my account where my contract was always R99 per month last month They deducted R222 and I thought that was for the Cancellation amount
