Avoid at all costs
At a cost of R300 2 cold plates containing sausages with blood running out, congealed eggs one of which was broken and undercooked bacon. To add insult to injury 2 slices of bread already spread with margarine.

After nearly 40 years I am told my bank account is not FICA compliant
I received an SMS today purporting to come from the Standard bank ( ********** 422) telling me that my current account is not FICA compliant. I have, on many occasions shown the bank both my ID book and proof of residence. Now they want me to go to the bank again and repeat the process. I have been with standard bank for over 45 years in both Rhodesia and South Africa, I have just had an eye op and am having a further op on Monday. Right now I cannot drive and have no intention of wasting someone else's time asking for a lift. When I phoned to complain and asked to speak to someone senior I was left holding until I gave up. I cannot be responsible and waste my time and money as a pensioner to go and prove yet again who I am. I am not prepared to take responsibility for the incompetence and "couldn't give a damn" attitude that this bank takes towards its customers and after 45 years + I am now going to look for an alternative.

Never on time
<p>I am very dissapointed with Mango airlines. I travel every week to Durban on Thursdays. My return is always by Mango. This last month they were delayed 4 days out of five. That's not good enough. After a hard days work you want to get home not hang aroung King Shaka especially sinec Mango provide no free onboard service. I shall have to find another airline if the same happens this month.</p>

Unbeleivable!!

Disinterested unprofessional and lazy staff
I wanted to consolidate my various contracts for phones and laptops into one contract. I have a Samsung Trend Neo and when I told the staff member that her reply was that they don't have inexpensive phones like that and their contracts start at R500 per month. Now I know that is a lie but who wants to deal with a company like that anyway. They could have consolidated 4 contracts now I shall be passing the word around via social media just how useless a bunch of oxygen thieves they are!!

Useless Useless Vodacom
I visited four Vodacom shops in the east rand mall to try and replace a battery in my Samsung Trend Neo and not one of them had any in stock that would fit although the spare parts containers stated that they were for that particular phone. I said I wanted the phone checked and they tried to put me off until Tuesday as it was too much trouble. Guess who will be changing service providers when my contract expires! No wonder this country is in a mess. people want a job but they don't want to work. Lazy oxygen thieves!!
