At first, Billy comes across as friendly and shares positive reviews, but don’t be fooled – he is a ****mer. 1. Collection Day: They **** multiple times about their arrival time and never showed up. When I followed up, he and his team were rude. 2. Next Day: They arrived 4 hours late, causing me to take another day of leave and miss a flight. He promised a discount that I never received. 3. Extra Charges: He charged me R7,000 extra for just 5 small additional items – clearly to spite me. 4. Delivery Delay: It took 5 weeks to deliver my furniture to Cape Town, with zero communication unless I followed up repeatedly. 5. *********: He held my furniture ransom until I paid the extra R7,000. 6. Damages & Theft: Many items were damaged on arrival. Two high-value items and several smaller ones are missing. This man ******s and *********s his customers. Please stay far away. I’ve reported the incident to the police.
The company ****** me of time and money. They never pitched on the confirmed date, overcharged me for a few additional items, **** about a discount they would give me for the inconvenience, delivered 2 weeks later with poor communication, and refused to give me my furniture until I had paid the access which was not Justified. Not to mention the rude owner Billy. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
I had a truly terrible experience. I placed a big order before black Friday utilising the deals. In one month and x4 follow-up calls(No clear assistance) to customer care my package could not get delivered successfully. Without my authorisation, and against my wishes, they authorised a refund. I made it very clear that this is not a suitable outcome since I lost all the deals from black Friday. I have since shared 4 emails with customer care without any response. I will not be returning as a customer and will utilise every single platform to complain about the service received. The Mac South Africa website is a terrible experience to begin with and it also reflects the lack of customer service in their escalation processes.

I was in the store today as a customer and witnessed horrific treatment of a customer by the store manager. From my understanding the customer had a credit of R15 000 and has not claimed the credit in the 3 year period. The manager blamed the customer for not taking responsibility for his own credit and started mocking the customer with similar reactions. The customer was about to buy a R50 000 hand bag and the treatment I witnessed made me and other customers walk out of the store. The manager called security after provoking and mocking the customer. Is this the type of treatment you give a customer wanting to buy a R50 000 bag… I am so disappointed and it makes me scared to ever purchase from LV if I also run the risk of losing a credit owed to me as a customer. I honestly hope you guys do something about the service at the store, as I only see negative reviews on hello peter.
Outsurance is worst I have ever seen. I submitted a claim a few weeks ago for a scratch at the bottom of my car on both sides. My car went into the panel beaters Monday 25 April. They instructed the panel beater to repair the panel and not replace, even though the panel beater advised against it and showed the proof. When I collected my car they grinded the scratched down and filled the dents with rubber. When they spray-painted over it they did not use the correct white because they did not have it. The bottom of my car is full of bumps and you can see the grey spots coming out from the rubber they filled it with. To add to this my cars sensors and airbags are not working. I am currently driving around for more than 2 weeks with airbags that is not working. I am putting it out there and have written to my lawyer that if anything happens to me on the road, OUTSURANCE will be fully responsible. I have phoned numerous times to speak to the complaints department without success. I sit in meetings everyday and can not always answer when they call me. NOT THAT there was a lot of calls that I missed. On top of that they sent me a notification that my premium will go up to over R1200 for a polo. My excess that I paid was R4800 and Outsource only contributed to R4400 to the claim. I now need to go back to the panel beaters. Time and leave out of my day that I do not have for a meeting to see what they can do. I am up hauled with the process and treatment I received. Assessor Lekena - number 0663039050 has been so rude to me over the phone throughout this entire process. I attempted to contact him on Monday via WhatsApp and phone call to only get a response today. I CAN NOT WAIT TO STOP MY CONTRACT WITH OUTSOURCE AND MOVE ON TO SOMEONE BETTER AND MORE AFFORDABLE.
I would like to log an official complain against tammy tailor Atterbury. They over charged me for my nails and i am still getting the worst service ever: My nails lifted after one week! Worst quality They gave me bad attitude when i requested about the charge breakdown and my refund. I also requested a qoute from tammy tailor menlyn maine and their nail art is R50 cheaper than atterbury branch. I still have not received my refund of 80 that they over charged me with. This will make me not support any tammy tailor again. I am super upset.
Your system has been offline for weeks now. You also do not have wifi available..... so why are you changing guests the full price? I pay a lot of money to come and sit at menlyn maine to catch up on mails after gym and i can not even fo that. Basics that you guys can not let go for soo long. Worse part is staff is super rude and can not give any indication of when you will have fixed this mess. Seriously i want to cancel my membership And move to planet fitness!!!!!
I honestly got the worst treatment I have ever had at ETC tonight. I will be opening a case tomorrow and I hope to hear from the owner regarding this case. I arrived approximately 1:40 at ETC after a night out at platteland. I have been supporting ETC since it opened and tonight really put me off of your club. When I arrived they said the owners instructions are that without a stamp you can not enter... I said, is there no way for us to enter we just want to dance a little more? The manager said that they are joking, you may enter. The bouncer then said why should we let you in if you just want to dance and don’t want to spend money at the club. I said no that is not what I said... off course we will have a drink we just want to dance... and if that is a joke for you guys, to not let us in, but actually we can get in ....it is a very rude joke. The bouncers immediately said if that is the case we will not let you in, because of what you said so get the f#ck out. They also said sometimes you need to learn how to shut up and you would have danced now. I said I did not say anything disrespectful, so I don’t know what the problem is... and the manager went into the club. I then stoop outside of the premises and took photos of the bouncers. They stepped outside and very aggressively punched my phone out of my hand. They had no right doing it. They started arguing with me that I am not allowed to do it and if I do it again I will see what happen. My friend that is a lawyer told the bouncer you can not touch her because she is out of your premises. He kept on threatening me. I insisted to speak to the manager regarding the matter and waited several minutes for him to come and speak to me. He refused to come out of the club to speak to me and the bouncers started to threaten me again, swearing at me. I said I am not saying or doing anything disrespectful towards anyone. I just want to speak to the manager. They said do the f#ck what you want, you will not get our names or speak to the manager and laughed at me. I then stepped out of the premises and took another photo of them and they also stepped out and said see what happens to your phone if you do that again. I then decided to leave as the manager was not willing to speak to me at all. As I left they swore at me. After this whole fight started, they let about 7-10 people into the club without paying entrance. Please check your camera footage. I am sitting now with a brand new cracked I phone screen and have never been treated this badly in my life before. One of the customers tried calling the manager outside to speak to me and he still refused to come outside. Your bouncers are rude and aggressive towards the wrong people. I had every right to say that was a rude joke after the bouncers accused me of only coming to dance, and after the manager said it was a joke we can come in and the bouncers behaving the way they did. I did not do anything disrespectful or wrong tonight and this is the treatment I get from ETC. I would really like to discuss this matter with the owner because as we stand I will never support ETC and I will also encourage my friends not to support your club. please check your camera footage to verify my story. I will proceed with my case of damage of private property and threatening of assault against me tomorrow if the owner does not make any effort to contact me to sort this out in a civil manner. I am really disappointed in you ETC!
We visited Margate wimpy this morning and the service was shocking. We waited 40 min for a waiter to help us after asking a bunch of times, our food only arrived an hour later and everything was cold, the three orders were wrongly placed and i found hair in my food. After talking and asking for a manager to talk to us nothing happned. When I had to find the manager at the back all he said is we are busy sorry. i ordered a last coke light and the order only came to the table when I went to the kitchen myself. They gave me the wrong cold drink on top of that. Bad service, cold food, long wait and HAIR in my food. Wimpy Margate is a disgrace!!!! Will not support wimpy again.
