The service at Webafrica is horrible, who runs a business on WhatsApp only your can’t even speak to there billing department. Everything is done on WhatsApp the response time is wack. They want to take 5 working days just to activate a wifi service now I have to fight to get my refund back. I request to speak to someone senior one of the agents drops the call.
I am writing this email frustrated I have been waiting for a settlement quote/ balance of contract letter since last month, instead I have been given statement with different outstanding amounts. The service at Vodacom is Horrible today the reason why I ended up on this platform today is because i was sold a fibre product with false benefits by one of their agents which they can not locate and listen to the recorded calls. Finally when I want to pay up this account struggling to send me a simple settlement letter with the outstanding amount. Their staff don,t know the difference between a settlement letter and a paid up letter. How can I request for a paid up letter knowing very well that I still have an outstanding amount. I am sick and tired of Vodacom they don't even have proper escalation processes in place. I guess I'll get this letter when Jesus comes.
I was called by Thamisaqa from the game contact Centre. He was very helpful as I've been struggling to get my game invoice on my email to do an exchange. He was polite and patient with me helped me recap my memory. Who would have thought that it would juts take me two seconds to retrieve my invoice from the game website. I guess we learn everyday big ups to him now I can go and do my exchange. Happy client this side Thank you Bro
Vodacom and Vuma are ripping people off I can not get my refund. The keep telling me that a refund can not be processed downtime credit will be provided by VUMA TEL.... I WANT MY ****EN R399 BACK HOW CAN YOU CLOSE A SERVICE REQUEST WITHOUT CON****ING WITH THE CUSTOMER POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKLILLS. BIANCA WHO WAS HANDLING THE REQUEST NO CALL WHAT SO EVER ITS BEEN 3MONTHS NOW FIGHTING FOR WHAT IS MINE. TRUST ME I'LL MAKE SURE I SPREAD THE GOSPEL ON HELLOPETER EVERYDAY AND ON ALL THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. IM SICK AND TIRED OF YOU GUYS YOU THINK IM A FOOL LET THE GAMES BEGIN.
Never have I've seen thee most dumest company. Vodacom takes the cup they just expensive for bull****, there fibre department is the pits no knows what to say. No proper call centre training on that note as well as I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me. They can't even cancel my fibre line it's been a month as I paid R400 yet my fibre line did not work. The most ****ed up cherry on top is that I'm told R66 was refund into my account they can't even tell me which account. I want my ****ed refund. I'll make sure not to recommend you guys to anyone cause this just bull**** company which doesn't have proper process steps.
I am writing this email as I am left with no choice. I've had enough with VODACOM. My service were disconnected on the 16th of January 23 yet I'm still not reconnected. Ever since January I have been calling Vodacom on a daily trying to sort this out. I don't wanna lie I have been patient with the process and the call centre agents have been helpful trying to sort this out. 24hr turnaround time is all I've been told. I struggled to get a payment link to make a payment it also took days till eventually on the13th of February I was able to make payment. Then still I was not reconnected, called yet again as usual I was told to wait 24hrs for activation. I finally got the sms with the login details yet I was connected with no internet access. Now I'm being told that everything is in order no one knows what seems to be the problem with my device. No technicians came to my house as promised now im sitting with a paid service which does not work. I trusted vodacom I'm just defeated. 😒
I would like to thank Nothokozo I couldn't get her Surname. She was very helpful over the phone especially me calling numerous times while the other consultanta were brushing me off. She was patient enough to explain the process to me step by step while the others did not listen to what I was asking. Keep up thd good work. Thank thank thank I now have happy tenants.
Thank you to Dakalo from Vodacom customer care for making my day. The network was bad during our call she made sure I get connected with my new sim card. She called me back to check if everything was working fine, now that's what I call value for money and good customer service. Thank you thank you
