The current price increase is outrageous and was not even communicated to us. We have online orders being processed via the company, and overnight, these have become unfeasible. For example, 5 x 20L in mid-September was R368, but the current quote in December 2024 is R1360, 270% increase. Another example highlighting the lack of common sense: 1 x 20L is R160, but 2 x 20L is quoted at R400. In my opinion, it should be R320 or less due to economies of scale. Instead, they are suggesting we send two separate parcels, which is absurd—this creates more paperwork, inconveniences our customers with two tracking numbers, and adds unnecessary complexity to the process.
landlines crashed due to MTN - Huge issue. For past 3-4 montsh our phones are out of reach, randomly. And now main line is completely down!
Excellent service with premium European lubricants.
Mediocre service, "UV protected" flags and banners faded out in less than 5 months, and half of the fibreglass poles broke due to pathetic quality. Shop elsewhere.

I am getting highly irritated to chase you dysfunctional agents to get me the invoice, which by the law i need to have for SARS compliance.MTN migrated once again to some new invoicing system where I cannot pull March 2021 invoice as I used to and from that day onwards MTN started emailing invoices but of course excluding the month of transition. 1) So my experience I called 135 number twice 2 days in a row where your system is offline every time I call2) Emailed customer care requesting March 2021 invoice, the agent emailed me June, then I requested again March and received July and now they don't bother to respond!! What's wrong with MTN as you trying 25 years, a business owner like that, and I really don't have time to educate and chase you junior and ill-trained staff. Regards Egor
We went through the most unsupportive experience with the birth of our 1st child, where the call centre gives zero support and are very entitled and couldn't care less to assist. The most pathetic medical scheme we belonged to, but unfortunately ing=herited as my wife works for Anglo American! :( Our Discovery Hospital Plan had better coverage.
