Went to Kfc for the 6piece chicken for R65 as today is today. I was told by Vinesh the manager of Kfc Austerville in durban that they do not serve this promo on month end week. I addressed that this is not verbalized to us as. Loyal customers to Kfc nothing in writing to us as customers which is false advertising. I then went on to Phone Jenna their regional manager and asked what is done for a customer like me who has come from home for this special she then said nothing can be done. I'm absolutely disgusted at the behaviour for a regional manager as the customer did not come first which is disappointing. Kfc let's minimize false advertising to loyal customers
I logged a dispute with telkom they said it takes 7 to 14 working days to resolved its been over 16days nobody has contacted me. This is stressing me out as i jave called telkom numerous times trying to get answers about phone line i dont even use
I am extremely disgusted with the staff and service of Eldos coaches. Today is was the last straw for me. From saturday the 29th June 2018 i had misplaced a bag in their bus boarding from Dbn to Jhb. I arrived in Johannesburg and found my bag not with me. I then phoned customer service that assured me that the bag was found and would be returned to me. Since i was returning to durban on the 2nd of July i arrived at park station asking for my bag. I was told its at the depot and the bag would be sent to durban station as i am going back to durban. I recieved a call from customer service (4July)querying about a claim for my lost bag. I explained that i was told the depot had my bag. He then promised to get back to me about the where abouts of my bag. The call was not returned. I called customer service again on the 5th and 6th July both occasions was told they would get back to me they did not on 7th i called and pleaded with the consultant. He gave me feedback that my bag was on its way to durban and would get feedback as soon as the bus arrives on saturday afternoon i may pick up my bag at the station. Since nobody called me when the bus arrived i then proceeded to durban bus station at 9:30am i arrived and asked Mary Zungu about my bag she knew nothing and also said theres nothing rudely she phoned the depot and found out the bag is at the depot i asked her for an estimate of when the bus will leave the depot or when will i recieve my bag she replied "I DONT KNOW" she then sat down and proceeded to assist other guests leaving me with no answer as to how long i would wait for my bag. I then asked her for the address of the depot so i may try to pick up my bag she replied "im not sure exactly where it is or the exact number but the depot is in springfield" the fact that she did not have empathy brought me to tears at durban station and she did not care she did not call the depot again she just continued to help other customers. I then phoned customer care and spoke to their supervisor at 10:51 after recieving not help from durban station who then phoned the depot and got hold of a senior manager at the depot. They told me to wait 30minutes my bag would be there. I then waited at the bus station until 12:10 and proceeded back to Mary and asked if my bag was there she ignored me. When i got louder she said "its not here" and sat down. I then called customer service again who promised to call me in 2minutes they never did. I called again they said anges is on his way. We hurt and very upset i explained to lisel that i cannot wait any longer as i had been at dbn bus station since 9:30am and it was after 12 i needed to go home for lunch and my battery was now dead from the constant calling as nobody was calling me back i was doing all the calling. I am 5 and a half month pregnant and today i left eldos coaches offices in tears without my bag and feeling very sick after a long wait with no results. I must now go and replace all my belongings including my ID document as eldos coaches lacks customer service and empathy for a pregnant passenger running around for a bag which they poses. I would never ever travel with the bus line or reccomend them to anyone. I was becoming regular customer now lost all hope as my husband and i have been travelling alot more than usual with the line.
I logged a query about cash that was debitted from my account after i made a payment arrangement with their attorney department. I am disgusted in their service as i was not able to get neccesities my family needs due to an unexpected debit from fnb. I have made a complaint through fnb and worst part its been 5days and no action has been taken with my complaint. I am considering moving both my accounts to another bank as the service is terrible

<p>I ordered online from steers Edwin swlales for delivery for the first time. Worst experience after an hour no delivery and no phone call from the store to find out what is going on. I phone them an hour and 10minutes later to find out what's going on phumla the cashier answers and tells me the driver came back to the store because he doesn't know the directions. He leaves my food back in the store then leaves my order also consisted of a kids meal so my daughter and I are left with no supper. I got no apology and the staff are rude as a food blogger I'd rate 0 </p>
Waitrons treat people according to their dresscode. My waitress couldn't even smile and be courteous. I didn't order food I just left after my tea I was so upset. While handing me my change she didn't even look at me. As a person in the food industry it upsets me that staff are not trained to treat everyone with respect and kindness.
