in June they said i must send 1900 they will assist me with getting my credit score high and remove my judgement then loan me money, they said the process takes 3 months, they still have not helped me and they saying i wont get a refund, if this is not a scam i dont know what is. 6 months later still no help. the last call i got was on the 23rd August so they say and had i not called them i wouldn't have know that they still busy. unfortunately i couldn't wait and had another company help me and less a month i had received help and a loan, this morning when i called i was told to do whatever i want but i am not getting my money back as they helped me...not sure how they helped me cause i didn't get anything from them,. the consultant i spoke to told me that she wont give me her name. the way she spoke to me i almost had a heart attack,
so i am mad as hell as i write this email. my aunt passed away 8 years ago and left a medical aid insurance for her kids. he kids where under age and therefore as a guardian i had to do the process i have hundreds of emails i have sent o many consultants and till date i have not received proper help. i am not even sure what to do anymore cause it was for 5 years that the kids would have to keep it, the 5 years has gone past so what happens to the money my aunt paid for her kids to have a medical aid...no one there knows the process of how it should be done if kids are under age however its a policy they have. really,. these companies really know how to milk innocent people their money
I would like to say excellent work and customer care to Lebo Molefe, His remarkable sales ethics and helpful experience. even though the bank was not ready to finance us, he helped us as best as he can with so much patience and respect. he further kept in touch to see if we will be ready as the bank suggest we try again in 3 months. he was so helpful that we couldn't believe the kind of service people still give out there. we would like to thank the management team for hiring him. we will be referring other people there to buy cars so that they can feel the love and great customer service we experienced.
I would like to Thank Mpendulo Dlamini in the u - filling for illness uif claims for covid for her remarkable help. she was so great spent 45 min with me on the phone, polite and helpful. she has proved that there are good people that love and respect their jobs, she helped me register and upload my information as i was struggling on my own. she was patient and understanding and not once did she feel to be impatient. am so happy my call was answered by her, cause i called several times and the others just couldn't help. 3rd time blessed.
I would like to thank the following people for the greatest service I have ever received Dr Amos, Dr Aubin,Phumzile Thabethe and Joy Mabasoand Duduzile Mkhushulwa. I went in there with high panics they stopped everything and made sure my daughters is well taken care off. They stitched up her face and we both felt so much love. They took 2 days of their time and made sure that we are taken off. Dr Amos went on to call me privately checking up and making arrangements to make sure all goes well. The appreciation and gratitude I have is beyond. Thank you family. They indeed my family. Much love and respect
Vodacom led about the amount of money I will be paying for my laptop. When they called me they said it's 289 a month. Come end of the month they took 560 when I called and asked them the consultants tell me about insurance I didn't agree taking with them as I had gotten my own insurance company. They then couldn't explain the rest of the monies on their statement. I confronted them again on fb after I called spoke to a consultant... They I asked I send them a copy of the statement on their inbox. I did. They asked me several questions and I asked they call me and they told me they prefer I speak to them on the inbox. I wanted to explain to them what I agreed on. They refused and instead they said do I want the insurance to be cancelled. I told them I need them to explain how we got to 560 from 289. That was the last time I spoke to them. Woke up checked my emails and they sent me a statement again. No call no nothing.... So I asked what's the procedure to follow to canceling my contract no reply. This is the second month. I was then told the data I get I will be paying separately which I was not told.
I have never gotten such terrible service in my whole life....I called 5 different rages and found out the people that work there only go for the salary not the work. I have been waiting for a call back for over a week for them to check sizes for me in other branches, instead I keep calling and get different excuses on why I have not gotten the call. I called them now offered to conference call with the other branches and I was told thy too busy I must call later ....wow
