I would like to thank Sister Mashile for all the help with my mom who got admitted to the hospital. she really came through for me, she went an extra mile this hospital needs more sisters like sister Mashile....can you please give her a recognition that she deserves
i am writting this frustrated, i put in my claim for two port on the 2 sept 2024, i have been calling the call centre number, firstly you get put on hold for too long only to be told someone is handling your issue but no one gets back to you and when you ask to be put to that person you are told she is not in or she is coming in later....i have been told my request has been given to Ayeesha Daniels but till to date i havent spoken nor heard from her regarding this....other companies have been paid but momentum is dragging.....when you try their whatsapp number it doesnt take you to the page where you can check the progress...firstly we were not told it will take this long and also why are they delaying and other companies have paid out their people....we withdrew this money because we need it
I am trying to get hold of them but I am battling, they gave us an sms number to use to book an appointment but no one responds or gets back to you....you call their toll free number and they keep you holding for long...I have been getting SMS's every day that I need to contact them regarding a 2019 returns via e filing but I'm unable to do it on the system because it's not showing and I can't go to SARS without the appointment...so I am humbly asking for a person from SARS to assist please.

good day I am writing this frustrated by nedbank consolidation loans, I applied for a consolidation loan yesterday 03/01/2023 as I need to pay up these little loans that I have and pay one instalment which will be from nedbank, I was approved yesterday and given an offer and contract to sign....,,this morning I get an email for decline or an appeal meaning that I might not get the loan but the question is why approve knowing that you are not fully sure that i can pay the money after being your client for this long and never missed or skipped a payment...NEDBANK needs to do right by me...i came for the loan because i need it so please fix this
i am a bit frustrated i sent my mom an e-wallet this morning and she can't get it, i want to reverse it and the cellphone banking app says its unavailable since around 12 i called fnb but i am being transferred from pillar to post can someone from FNB say or do something
Good day I have just seen a debit order in my account which I’ve reversed from on air tv, because I did not receive any decoder from them.why are they debiting my account…you call them you are put on hold and no answers none whatsoever…..
i am actually angry, this morning an amount of R193.47 went out of my capitec account...i went into my banking app trying to reverse it because i dont know where the debit is from....i was unable to do that then i call their 0860 10 20 43 number to ask them to reverse that debit and the consultant told me that it shows that its still pending on their side she cannot reverse it, whereas money is out of my account....how is it possible that our monies are compromised at capitec and yet we trust them to keep our monies safe....it might be a small amount but its mine and i worked hard for it....CAPITEC please advise what needs to be done in this instance....but what i can say is you are failing us as your clients
