Every year our Medical Aid is exhausted and we have to start paying cash from July/August. After months of fighting back and forth with the Medical Aid, they inform me that Dischem has not sent them any scripts since 2021! My daughter is on chronic medication and gets a new script every single month. So Dischem is lazy and just processes it under Acute not fazed that we have to pay, What makes matters worse, they claim for our Over The Counter goods on our Daily and Acute. We are paying double everytime we get Sinutab!!!! You are even overcharging my husband's Insulin. I am moving to Clicks. I cannot see how your hunger for money is killing your morality. You are the worst Pharmacy chain in South Africa. You have costs us thousands of rands since Pick and Pay Pharmacy buried is with you. You disgust me.
We went to FNB The Glen to open an account for my son. They wanted a copy of the parent's ID and proof of residence. We went back the following week with the documents and then they wanted a copy of the birth certifcate as the ID of my son was not sufficient. My husband it the walls. After much figting an account was opened. Now they are leaving for the holidays and have no Bank Card. We go all the way back to the Glen and the lady says SHAME IT IS NOT MY FAULT IF THEY COURIER HAS NOT COLLECTED THE CARDS FROM HEAD OFFICE! Do you want business or NOT?

On Tuesday they call me to say there is additional damages the insurance must approve before they can continue. Now (Friday) they call me to say they are still waiting for my insurance. I call my insurance and they advise me that the claim was submitted and approved on Wednesday already. Melissa does not answer her phone and my calls keep dropping. How long is the repairs going to take now? How long am I without a vehicle because of incompetant staff? Do not blame my insurer as they try to accomodate the fact that I am stranded. You sit on your hands for a week and expect me to do your work!

I told you well in advance that I would cash out my policy. I filled in your forms. You said the due date is the 28th of August. I phoned you again and you said the 8th of September. Again no money! Guys do not take any policies with Sanlam. They politely take instalments every month but if your policy matures, they refuse to pay you out. Disgusting!
Their clients cause accidents then they send you mails? They cant even pick up a phone to try and deal with the query. My car is damaged! Court here we go!
They might be reasonably priced but have the worst service. Their staff turnover is daily. You buy goods and then must wait for 1 hour to be attended to. You cant call the landland because it does not work and a Manager is never available.
SO AFTER MONTHS I CANNOT LOG ONTO THE SYSTEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY OLD DETAILS. WHEN YOU ASK ABOUT YOUR POLICY, THEY TELL YOU IT DOES NOT EXIST! WHERE DID MY MONEY GO TO???????????????????????????????????????????????????
