Silver lakes- 4 months later and I'm still waiting for we buy cars to transfer the purchased car details at department of traffic into my names in order for me to change the car ownership into my names. The sales executive(Tyson Maake) is also useless and is avoiding my calls and their customer service agent (Monay) has since promised to enquire with the Silver lakes branch and provide feedback to me its now been over a week of fruitless waiting..its just a bunch if mediocre staff. My advise to potential buyers is; avoid buying from this entity as much as possible unless if you have all the time to be pushing people into giving you the service that every client deserves.
Browsing after midnight with a positive inclusive night surfer balance and all if a sudden I get a message letting me that my all time data is depleted and internet will be paused. Eintlik what's that night surfer data for..this is now getting into my nerves.
My tow bar was sent in for repairs and the guys at Thule Lynwood ridge were so helpful whenever I called in to follow up as to how far the progress was..not as impatient towards clients as experienced in most retailers nowadays.

<p>When I took my Peugeot 508 for topping up of the dpf additive and repair of alarm problem. I was hopeful that I was taking my car to people who knew what they were doing but I was wrong. When they called me to come collect the car they told me that the additive was topped up but couldn't fix the alarm issue as they didnt fix the alarm as it needed to be done by the dealer..which I understood..but why the hell do you charge me R1100 just for diagnostics and lie bout having done the things that you haven't done? Useless time wasters.</p>
<p>I've seen cars being worsened from minor scratches to destruction by people who claim to be specialists, but you will never go wrong with these guys. Great work was done on my white pearl Peug 508. They take their time when doing their mobile repairs but it's so convenient and worth it. Highlyrecommended.</p>
<p>I really like the sense of urgency and determination that is demonstrated by the guys who work on the online purchases. I'm really impressed with the speed at which goods are dispatched to the clients, others csn learn a lot from you.</p>
<p>I have since been waiting for a long overdue update on whether my dysfunctional fridge will be replaced or fixed. Hisense told me that the model of my fridge can't be fixed, but can just be replaced but they decided to keep my fridge till now. I have since been calling and told to talk to a good for nothing guys called Bheka who always take down my contact numbers and promise to get back to me asap but never does nor keep record of clients that he talks to, how useless. I really won't buy again from this store.</p>
<p>I have seen a number of websites revamping by different service providers, it's for the first time that I have to re-register in order to login into the site which I was once registered to..its about time you guys develop a database of all the registered users as what happened is so ridiculous.</p>
I have returned the Hyundai Grand i10 that I have tended for a month and return day was the 17/04/2016 and the car was returned on a full tank. I have also paid a deposit of R1200 upfront that was supposed to be refunded to me within 7 working days after returning the vehicle..to my surprise just when I was expecting a refund my account was debited an amount of R1040 without any communication to me, I acknowledge the use of their e tag but it was not even over R500.00. Mind you I am still expecting my R1200.00 and my R500 that wrongfully deducted from my account..you keep on trying harder but it doesn't even show because you're acting like capitalists.
