I'm writing this on behalf of my husband, who is abroad and has limited online access. I see you have been harassing him and handed him over now for email ref: G001966206. All it states on the invoice is 0031591519 CASH PATIENTS. This is absolute *******. My husband paid you in cash in full on the day he was there. What is this **** of charging for CASH PATIENT??? You can forget about getting another cent. The amount was given to him that day, more than R2500, and that is what he paid. I see a lot of people complaining about your company trying your luck to get more money out of people afterwards. No extra tests were done or asked for, and I'm sorry, but CASH PATIENT is a lame excuse when ALL FUNDS WERE PAID ON THE DAY! Remove this and also withdraw this **** from Blake's and Attorneys, as you have no handed him over. You should be ashamed of your practices! You can contact me on 083 442 1188 as he can't be reached.
I am so over this ****. From the minute I got the contrqct with you it has been nothing but a nightmare. You keep telling me I owe you money that has already been PAID! Every ****** month something it wrong with the debit order. Can the ****en debit order be removed so I can pay cash and move on with my life please. I can't be doing this every month calling for hours to sort out YOUR MESS! *********** account department at its best. Wish I stayed FAR FAR away from you. Which is sad as for 20 years I paid cash with no problems. Now you force us to do debit order. Nothing works as it should. Remove the debit order or cancel the contract and take your phones back. Your making my life hell!!!!
I have a new account opened in Aug 2025. Sept came and the debit order didn't go off. Now I'm being told that I owe you R7103 for an account that was less than R1500. How on earth do I owe you that amount of money if you didn't process the debit order. I asked for both payments to be taken this month plus I added another phone. The amount should be something like R3730. Now you sending me sms for R7103. What the actual ****??? I'm also told I can't be taken off debit order. This so why I don't do debit orders. You **** up. Make it look like I don't pay and then come claim I owe you more that I do. I haven't even been with you long enough to rack up a R7000 bill. So please. If you can't keep your side clean then let's call it's quits. I'll bring your devices back and you remove your **** off my name!
Bought a washing machine on 1 Aug 2025. Been complaining about it since week 2. We have had both Tafelberg Furnishers and Samsung technicians here all telling me there's nothing wrong with this machine. I disagree. You are not supposed to hear your BRAND new machine spinning when you are standing OUTSIDE your house!!! I've literally had enough if this machine. You can come collect it. Give it away. Shove it where the sun doesn't shine but I don't want this peace of **** in my house anymore. Next step will be a complaint to the CPA. And if one more person asks me if the ****en thing is level or overloaded, I will shove you in the machine and spin it till the sun doesn't shin anymore. My child is too scared to be in 'n her room when the machine is spinning due to the noise. That is NOT normal!!! Not normal AT ALL!
I bought a Samsung front loader washing machine from Tafelberg Furnishers on 1 Aug 2025. 2 weeks later we started complained about the drum making a hell of a noise and shaking all over the place. We've had people here about 5 times between Tafelberg Furnishers and Samsung. All saying it's normal. But no one stays to see the full effect of the noise and shaking once it does a wash. I'm not happy with this machine at ALL!!! And I'm an avid Samsung SUPPORTED, but this has left a very bad taste in my mouth. What guarentee do I if this machine ****s out in 3 months or something down the line that it will be fixed/replaced? Telling me the feet aren't level is not working for me. We even moved it to a different room. Tafelberg Furnishers at least keeps calling my husband to find out if it's better now, as I totally lost it with the lady, so I don't blame her for not wanting to speak to me. What can one do when everyone keeps telling you the same *******. I shouldn't be able to hear the machine spinning when I am standing outside my house??? THIS machine is a nightmare. And as I was going to get a new Samsung phone this week, I think I'll switch over to iPhone rather as well. I only take so much **** from a company!
Highly frustrated with this situation. We bought a brand new Samsung Washing Machine from Tafeberg Furnishers in Somerset West. Their people delivered and installed the machine. 2 weeks later, we complained about the machine making a lot of noise and shaking a lot. People were sent out, and in 2 minutes said the flooring is not stable and the machine needs to move. Left before we could even ask to please help move it. We called again, and they were sent again to move it to a different location. Today I call again as the machine is still making a noise and is still shaking, even when it's on a stable, tiled floor now. We did not do the installation, Tafelberg Furnishers people did it TWICE. Now I have to wait for Samsung to call me. I am not a technician. HOW ON EARTH must I troubleshoot a machine that is shaking and making a noise???? Why can't this machine be replaced, as it clearly has issues since the day we bought it? I went to your store as a recommendation from friends who say you are the best, but this is now really frustrating the living hell out of me to have a new machine in your house and constantly having to fear that the ****** drum is going to jump out any second. This should have been replaced the 1st time I complained after 2 weeks of having it! No excuse! (My surname is now Le Fleur as my account is on my ****en name)
I don't like complaining, it takes a lot for me to do so and especially about one of my favourite stores. I buy from Mildays ALOT. I recently orders from your 3 for 2 sale which ended last week. Yesteday my parcel arrived without my 1 item. I have sent emails regarding this, and eventually just decided to call. Where I was told that the item is out of stock and that's it, didn't get an email that it's out of stock, no offer to replace it, nothing, just sorry, it's out of stock and you are **** out of luck. This is not the Miladys I know. On top of that, why are your shirts getting shorter and shorter all the time? I ordered a so-called LONGER LENGTH tee in 3XL at an additional cost, and it's EXACTLY the same length as your normal tees. These items were all in the same order 204000252253. Now, if I want to take these back for a refund, I won't get all my money back, as the 3rd item for the 3 for 2 was never sent to me. Not good at all, Miladys. Makes me not want to support you anymore.
WHAT THE ACTUAL ****???? I get 2 emails today that YOU decided to move 2 of our numbers to new Sim only contracts because our contracts are coming to an end. WE DO NOT WANT TO BE UPGRADED. I WANT THESE 2 NUMBERS CANCELLED WHEN THE CONTRACTS ARE FINISHED!!!! I WILL NOT PAY A SINGLE CENT FURTHER PAST THAT POINT! You have no right dictating to me what I must do with the contract once it's done.
