Momentum is this absolute worst company on this planet. On the 10th of Decemeber 2025 i was contacted to be informed of 4 RA policies that my father had. He has been dead for 22years this disgusting company wont even tell us the values of those policies and instead have treated us in the most disgusting manner. The trauma that they have caused to our family is now bordering in a a ******** level. 6 weeks later you haven't even provided me with the original investment amounts and the growth portfolio as request exactly what are you hiding ? Then is was forcefully sent to a board with out or consent as momentum likes to just do what the please and treat people like utter garbage we have been 100% totally denied any choices in this matter as momentum is a full on corporate bully. I have reported you before to the FSCA and i have done it again you people are pathetic. Its time your ********* dealings are brought to light and the way you treat people. A person would swear your run by the ANC thats how bad you are It bad enough i am pushing the human rights commission to take momentum on for the previous ************** of the disabled but then they came back for round to of their disgusting treatment of families. I have had to have three major warrenty repairs on my bike and also the gear gloves, boots helmet SUBSTANDARD OVER PRICED ****! BMW customers services is USELESS dont waste your time with them got strait to the ombudsman and complain in Germany maybe you will have better luck there DONT TOUCH THIS BRAND
I am sick and tired of having items repaired my bike has had three major warranty claims on it. I have had to have gloves repaired boots repaired and now the helmet all in two year substandard over priced junk and then customer service head office is useless as they dont know what they hell they are doing
All these companies are used as a bully tactic and an enforcer, and racketeering they should not be allowed to display any information with out a court order that has been proven to be valid as there are court orders that have just been rubber stamped forced through by banks i can show and prove case law. PLEASE NOTE they have no interest in you as they are paid by the credit provider and have loyalty to them. They should be sued for defamation and racketeering lets start a class action they defiantly dont follow the debt collection or the credit act they are a corporate bully and a mafia and need to be stopped # stop corporate bullies
Guys please dont waste your time with Natasha from Capital legacy complaints she cant keep to basic facts and or apply basic principles she doesn't know the difference between test date and report dates. if there was a negative star rating i would give it to them i have now reported this company to FAIS due to this disgusting conduct and treatment of a PTSD/disabled person i think while i am at it i will go to the equality court. They insist on putting you back to your original state/condition before your claim and in doing so try to rip. After claiming for a new alarm system they insisted their contractor could do it cheaper Their contract deactivated parts of my alarm which means this is not how it was originally. I am now stuck with a 90% functioning alarm system which means i am not back to my original status. Because they tried to do it on the cheap instead of replacing the alarm as requested by the client. As we are now 17k down and its still not working properly. I refuse to pay for anything on this alarm until western national put me back in to the original position i was in before incident going to see the lawyers today bill for western nationals account sick and tired of your pathetic service your overpriced and a total bunch of incompetent nob heads
I wish there was a negative star rating thats all ABSA deserves they are pathetic on a multitude of levels I was declined a loan as according to the bank i have not had more then 600 rand through my business account from march this year yet 3 months ago i was granted a 440 000 rand vehicle loan so thats either reckless lending or the incompetence of your staff.
Brand new bike has been in in multiple times first time they could not find fault until the bike basically totally failed then they did a cheap repair under warranty bike is failing again they cant find fault bike has been at BMW for more the 8 weeks in total of me having it for 9 months the excuses from BMW are spectacular Stay away from this brand
