Just got a bill for my import taxes on a item. The Item itself is R956, I need to pay over R414 in txes/duties/courier whatever. I phoned Imile. The lady told me she cant even tell me the breakdown of the price. Its 43% of the value of the item. HOW in the world is that possible. Super expensive
Oms,where to start. Out of the blue this company phones me, to tell me they have been appointed by FNB to collect outstanding funds on my account. The calls are from early morning hours until LATE at night, 22:30. Like seriously 1st of all. I have had no communication from FNB regarding any accounts in arrears. All my accounts show they are paid up to date. 2ND, SOME OF MY ACCOUNTS ARE EVEN PAID MONTHS IN ADVANCE WHY in the world would I need to talk with these people. At first i was nice to the call centre agents, explaining to them that I have no dealings with them and all accounts are in order with FNB, now a week later still being harassed I'm now dons, Now i will just block all the calls. Keep calling, I will keep rejecting
Bought a couple of blower fans (4 items), what an absolute dissapointment. The air flow on the outlet is absolutely non-existing. Phoned the land line numerous times with no answer. Sent a whatsupp on the whatsupp line with no response. Sent an email which eventually got answered with the return policy. Meaning it would cost me even more money for a product which is an absolute dissapointment. I do NOT recommend the item at the shop, 3010 blower fan

I have a 5G contract with Rain. Since 25 June 2024 until today 29 June 2024 I still only have 4G reception, reported to Rain every day since Tuesday. Had a call from them on the 25th of June. Issue still unresolved. So I pay a premium fee for a useless internet connection. Extremely poor service
Terrible is the only way to describe the service. Pay for a 50mbps line. Every weekend the download speeds avg at around 0.4mbps. I have been logging calls every week for the last couple of weeks. Only to be "attended" to on avg after 6 days. By then the peoblem had kinda dissapeared and within 2 days the network issue starts again. Log a call, same story. Going in circles with no results. Will be cancelling the moment my other service provider is installed
I have no idea on how the service is with pg glass. My insurance recommended that I use pg glass for a windscreen replacement. Its been 2 hours of phoning several numbers. Used the whatsupp feature, been waiting for more than an hour for a call from an agent which would have been made in 15 minutes according to the whatsupp messages, Silverlakes and menlyn branches in Pretoria does not answer their phones. The 08600.... number from the website, also just rings continuously.
Struggling with the service the last couple of days. Tried getting feedback and service restored via rain's communication channels. No success. Extremely unhappy as this is a paid service with no response from the service provider . Now i pay for a service and still have to get a online connection from someone else as rain fails to provode what i pay for. I need feedbavk URGENTLY
I would love for someone to cobtact me regarding my 3 cellphone lines. I apparently did not pass the security questions. I WANT to cancel all my contracts as the call centre is absolutely no help
I order items from durban on Sunday the 28th of Feb 2021, the parcel was shipped via fastway couriers on the 1st of March 2021. Parcel arrived in Pretoria on the 2nd of March, all very acceptable up till that time. Its now the 5th of March 2021, the parcel has been onboard the courier everyday of this week with no delivery. Now its weekend, so maybe I will get my MUCH needed items next week. Extremely dissatisfied with the service.
