My experience with debt reacue was very shaky for the past 2 weeks . However the service and turn around on feedback greately imprpved when Pearl Eckersley frpm complaints department started assisting me and she actualy whent far out of her way to assist me as much as she can and try resolve my issues and without her help i would not have been assisted or happy with the service. She is a big credit to her company and i hope she gets recognised as such. Thank you Pearl for the great , friendly and efficient service.
I would like to write a review about RocketNet . Service and after sales service is brilliant. Any connection or speed issue gets resolved very quick.would recomend rocketnet anytime
Worst internet provider around.constant connection issues then connection is down or very slow .even stopped logging tickets to complain because its never going to change.will never have signed up if i knew this was going to be the service i receive and when you try cancel congrats you need to pay cancation fees.
Absolutely pathetic service from vodacom. Received a leaflet from vodacom indicating vumatel fibre in my area for R549 only to be told its R649 and a fibre department agen going as far as twlling me i can complain if i want to but the price is the price and it will not change. And after over a month of trying to get the issue addressed and sign up for the price as advertised vodacom completely ignores all my mails and posts on their pages. Pathetic service. Quick to advertise but not quick to deliver and incompetent customer service.
have been on hold for re tensions department for 3rd consecutive day for over 45min then get the **** excuses from customer service they cant help on my query i must speak only to retensions department even after explaining that that department probably doesnt exist as nobody ever answers the phones .
Received very poor service from kawasaki s.a . My regulator is packing in and got a confirmation from kawasaki u.s.a that there is a active on this part and i should contact the local dealer . Which i did. And almost a week later i am told sorry cant help or honour the recall because a different dealer brought the bike in and not kawasaki s.a and that its not their problem as the recal is older than 10 years which is incorrect the recal was issued 2012 and still active according to u.s.a. . Should support and recals not be global ? Wouldnt buy a kawasaki again thats for sure.
in January I upgraded a contract and was told im on a promo package that includes 10 gig data a month for 3 months . after a few hours later data was loaded . however 2 and half weeks later the data was gone and the standard 300 mb as per contract was loaded . since beginning feb I queried why the data was wrong and struggled to get an answer . eventualy I was told sorry it wasn't loaded it will be loaded by 14 February when the reset happens but this didn't happen . I struggled again with customer service and was told again so sorry they can see it should have been loaded . I was then told to go to the shop where I upgraded , I contacted the shop and the logged the call to reset and load data . 1 and half week later now today I only get a **** response sorry but all the data was used by running apps which I no for a fact to be untrue as all apps are restricted . mtn likes to make data disappear and give the excuse its apps running . so tell me one thing how does over 22 gig disappear overnight when we couldn't use more than 8 gig of the data as it was restricted for the next month .not happy with this nonsense .
<p>problem with a restonice bed purchased . about 3 years ago we purchased a restonic bed and base , shortly after the whole mattress started sagging so we contacted the shop where we purchased and they replaced it right away as it was apparently confirmed faulty . about 1 and half year later the mattress started sagging again and i was told i could contact restonic directly as it was the second time . i have been trying to phone restonic for long time i have sent a mail to info@restonic aswell with no responce , and no phone lines seems to get answered . this is terrible after sales and product service support .</p>
<p>i have been waiting for a couple of days for mtn to phone me back about a online deal i was interested in , i even tried phoning mtn a few times but can never get through to any person .very frustrating as the online deal has now expired .</p>
