Poor service received from Indwe risk services I mentioned list of things I want to insure,but only wen I claim I realise some of the things where not added,I contacted indwe to provide with the recording,Hope malema contacted me promised to resolved my problem as she listening to the voice record,to date my problem is not resolved still waiting for Hope to call me nothing has been done so m sitting in the dark not knowing what to do.I see these as a poor service rendered to me with the brokers that m paying for. The kind of service m not happy about hope to be solved ASAP.
Unitrans Mokopane Vw they damaged my car now they don't want to take responsibility, they say i must pay for repairing damege.
Hi i went to unitrans vw mokopane to service my car on 04/10/19 i then travel to venda the following day on the 05/10/19 on my way back the car started to overheat.,i called in the dealer on Monday to tell them they took responsibility n sent in thier team to come check the car and fix wt could have been the problem nw my car is fine very happy with thier service. Thank you very much for taking responsibility n see to it that u resolve my problem

Good day I ordered the replacement of my credit card from the bank which I was told I will get it within a week, so its bn over a week the couriers contacted me promising to deliver on Friday the 19 dei didn't come nor n apology. Hi I bought a service plan with mfc (Nedbank) for 120000 over three years, to my surprise when I took the car in for 75000 they told me it has expired with 60000 so I did contaed them dei promised to resolve the meter before the end of the 09/05/18 but they did not I had to pay cash with my money I requested the recording I was told six to nine working days so m just not happy dei have even inconvenience me financially as dis was not part of my budget so I request dis to be solved ASAP I cannot wait for thier term.
