I cancelled my contract and had a few issues. Rasako Kganakga made an effort to contact me and ensure that the issues were resolved seamlessly and advised on an option to look into other offers if I would like to sign a new contract in future. Great service!!!
I sent notice to cancel my contract on 21 August 2025, 14:45 and requested for finalisation of debit order cancellation. On the same day 21 August, 15:11 I shockingly received an email asking me when I would pick up the car which had been in repairs and waiver paid up. Next day 22 August 2025, 10:14 I received an email asking the person that asked me when I would pick up the car if they have finalised check in in order to finalise refunds / debit order cancellation. There still hasn't been any response since 22 August 2025, I followed up on 29 August 2025, 11:40. I still have not received response, yet it's been 10 day nothing done instead I have been sent an invoice on a contract I have cancelled and a car I don't have. This is absolutely horrible service!!!
Device hasn't been working in the last 24hrs, tried to reset, nothing is happening, this isn't even more than 2yrs old installation. Ridiculous service!!
My parcel has not been cleared and rejected by customs and there was no communication sent to me regarding the reason. I had to call to find out, I believe it's an "internal error" now I have to wait another day after resubmission, this is ridiculous service!
Withdrew my tax free investments and requested for account to be closed, amounts were just deposited into my account with no detailed statement of said annual fees mentioned at the beginning of the investment.
I submitted my two-pot savings withdrawal, the process is in payment stage AF claims they don't have banking details on the claim form. So how did I get a claim number if I didn't fill in all details? I called their line 011269000 the lady by the name of Pam answered, I explained the above. She then mentioned she would transfer me to the relevant department and I should select option one, agreed, whislt waiting to be transferred, the call dropped. I tried to call 011269000 again it gives me "subscriber I have dialled is not present I should try again later" WOW, what a joke!
I'm trying to list a property, it was blocked claiming that I have a similar property online and I must use it in place of creating a new ID. Firstly I have never listed a property and booking.com is not even sharing the "deemed similar" ID with me it's a mere statement with no proof no facts presented to me which is appalling. Unjust treatment and chances are this is a possible racial profiling tactic, you can't claim that I have another profile which I say I never listed, I don't have a property listed on any rental platform this is my first. this is actually the 2nd incident with booking.com, they never refunded my flight ticket booked through them in 2023 claiming I must contact the airline the airline sent me back to booking.com. Disgusted is an understatement!!!
Transactional card doesn't work at tolls, luckily I had not closed my account with another bank. I would like an upgrade this isn't working for me as I travel frequently on business
I'm on an international trip, I'm using my discovery account for the first time, tried to do a transaction using my app and online. Not accessible, biometric not working! Disgusted is an understatement! Resolve urgently!
My life cover beneficiary has been removed, resolve this immediately!!!
