So PLEASED I came across The Water Tank Cleaners. Been wanting to clean my tanks for sometime now. Phoned Gunter and what brilliant service. Gave me a date and time and was here ready to do the tanks at the time he stated. I highly recommend everyone with water tanks to try him. Cant praise him and his team for a job well done. Cant believe how fruit and veg (Port Elizabeth) rip the public off with buy more than one and pay a cheaper price....Again today i bought Whole Italian peeled tomatoes, Belinda and the unit price was R16.99, is you buy 2 then its R30 BUT buy 4 for R50. At the check out the cashier said it will show at the end at discount so told her to ring it up separate and show me the discount and once again i proved that the buy more for cheaper at fruit and veg is just a hoax...was charged R16.99 per can. This is the third time in two months that I have bought from them and the third time I have been **********.

Why does Pick n Pay bother advertising? They just waste the publics time and money (petrol is not cheap). every time I see something and go to a store I get told sorry sold out, even on the first day the advert breaks. An example is HTH 15 kgs was advertised at R499 when I went to buy get told they were sold out and will not b e getting in at that price....this is the 3rd time in the last 3 months I have gone to buy something at the Hype in Port Elizabeth and sorry to say after shopping at PnP for many many year I have decided they will never see me again. SO SAD, I know they don't bother replying or even looking at hellopeters reviews but still feel I have to express my disappointment once again.
Game Baywest in Port Elizabeth needs to close their doors, on Wednesday i saw at least 10 people put down their purchases before reaching the till points. Do not know if the cashiers were on a go slow strike or what was going on but took me almost 30 minutes to pay for my purchase and there was only 8 people ahead of me. Reaching the till point the cashier first argued with me cause the Polaroid headphones was advertised at R349 in the leaflet and at the till I was charged R449. Then she argued with me that it wasn't the same headphones and after walking to the section no one was there to help the cashier so I said i would rather leave them than waste another hour sorting out the problem. All the staff seem to be very negative and unhelpful. Sorry Game you will never see me again.
Bought the new Samsung 50inch TV from Makro Port Elizabeth with the understanding I receive a Uber voucher as well, well that doesn't happen, I have sent the information in 5 times already and each time receive a message stating they cannot find the serial number or ask for everything to be resent. Even the phone number they supply doesn't exist. IS THIS JUST A SELLING gimmick on Samsung's part? Johann
WOW WOW what a professional company, last week Monday woke up and got a shock of my life to discover that they had broken into my house and they stole a large number of items while we were sleeping (never ever thought this could be possible). First phoned the police and then Auto & General as soon as I had made a list of what was stolen. I was in a flat spin and the operator (Vongani) kept me calm as we went through the claim and he handled the call very well, big thankyou to him. Hope I can mention names, Nadine and Tania was assigned to my claim and told me exactly what I must do regarding forms that had to be completed and reports that had to be submitted which I fully understood. Special mention must go to Tania who contacted me almost on a daily bases and kept me updated regarding the claim and even gave me her WhatsApp number where I could send the reports to, as my laptop was also stolen. The claim has finally been settled and received payment this morning. From the break-in to the total claim being settled took 10 working days which I regard as supper fast. To Auto and General a big thank-you for such a great company. This was my first big claim in 25 years with them and hope my last, sure I will be with them until the day I die. A huge thanks must once again go to Tania and Vongani, as well as A&G. Regards Johann
I have been buying more and more over time from them and have never been unhappy or disappointed about their service or quality. I see a number of 1 star ratings and can even think why because I have only had outstanding service from them regarding quality, delivery and returns. May they grow from strength to strength.
WAY TO GENERATE EXTRA INCOME???????????? Ordered a parcel from Banggood for a friend. Received a SMS stating they were unable to deliver the parcel because no one was home and stated they even tried to phone me. NO phone call was received and NO delivery took place at the time stipulated according to my security cameras. My wife and I are both retired and permanently at home and with the covid we don't put a foot out the yard bar the wife goes to the shop to buy bread and milk. There is never a reply to my WhatsApp messages, just I must pay R175 for a redelivery to my alternate address that they have received, no such thing as an alternate address. When phoning them they take for ages to answer and do not come back to you. I am sure this could be a money making scam, I requested a copy of the original delivery schedule as well but no response to that either.
