Livestock wealth has still not paid me despite 5 years of asking. ntuthuko shezi has told us quite frankly that he mismanaged my funds and paid it to someone else. Then he has the nerve to tell me I have to write a motivation to get my funds back. This is actually the 2nd time he has lost my money unfortunately. ntuthuko shezi is someone who makes a living from misleading people but one thing I know what goes around comes around and for anyone else he hasn't paid we have started connecting on x, find us and follow. We will be taking this matter further the more of us the better.
Aug 5, 2021, that was the date I got a confirmation that my payment for a conenct garden was completed and my funds were invested. It has been almost 5 years and I am still chasing up for my divident payout, I want someone to please call me as I keep trying to call your call centre with no answer, just a voicemail and constant ringing. I want my money. I still have my proof of payment, and emails exchanged with numerous members of your staff.
I have been emailing Hollard from august, even got a reply from jabulisile serote, and another email stating id hear back in 2 days. That was months ago. I get a shocking message today after emailing again stating my policy is about to lapse. You guys have not been debiting my account, then I try to fix it. No reply no help (numerous attempts to reach out) now i have over 4k in outstanding arrears. I am going to find out how to move to sanlam as they help me over whatsapp and quickly this is ridiculous has your agent rep**** in august maybe this woild have been sorted quickly but I cannot afford the arrears so I might have to consider moving elsewhere
Their tutoring centres are not vetted its actually scary that anyone can open a tutoring centre and claim to be legit impaq will allow the person to be added to their website and then if you have an issue with the centre they wjll not help with with that. I have photos of a tutoring cente littered with old cars glass on the floor and gates wide open looks so scary to leave your child there! I would never associate my company with a place like this but impaq cares about money not helping parents and students please proceed with caution the same centre is avoiding paying us back because we refused to leave our child there
How does a serious educational centre not update their website in 3 years? Impaq doesnt bother updating their website with changes of addreses, so our kid is now without a school and we driving around trying to find a tutoring centre. 2026 is soon and I will be grateful to say goodbye to this unprofessional institution.
One feedback I wish banks had a toll free number for cell phones! However I wanted to say thank you to Dimakatso for her help today, I had some funds go missing and she helped me by logging my query and providing exceptional service. I understand how tiring it must be to deal with angry and frustrated customers all day but she helped me as quickly as she could and was kind.
Truly operates like a company that has gotten so big they dont need go care about customers. I've completed the forms on their portal requesting help, I've called I've tried to get answers but no one helps me. Honestly I should consider stripe or peach payments at this point because I realize that I will not be able to provide my customers with good customer support If I stay with payfast. Ozow has been brilliant, they even went as far as setting up a meeting with me to discuss my needs to make sure they give me the correct information. I wish payfast would help me otherwise the developer and I will have to move our business elsewhere to an organization that takes their customers seriously. 12 minutes on hold after speaking to people who cant even answer questions about fica requirements...I dont have that kind of time available
Please remove my details from your data base. It is ******* I hate that you spam me on sundays early in the morning any anytime 5 to 6 calls a day. I'm a busy person and I want my info removed this is the 3rd time I'm asking your company to do so and if this harassment continues despite my best efforts to block the multiple different numbers you use I will ensure to contact my legal cover and have them take this matter up with you.

I buy an item, the seller does not ship it in time, they cancel the order, and I get charged R60 for delivery. Please help me understand how it works that I paid for an item, I did not get it, and the seller did not deliver it but I am at a loss of R60 now? I emailed and got an automated response so clearly yaga is no longer invested in customer service as they use to be because no one read my query carefully enough to help me. My question remains, when will i be refunded the R60? you guys charge us for a buyer protection fee but I am feeling far from protected as you are holding my moeny hostage and refuse to redund me for something that is out of my control.
