Monroe shock absorbers need to change their name to no more no more. They don’t seem to need sales anymore. Ordered shocks in March and still waiting. Make false promises when they coming and don’t even stick to it. Most companies have air freight but not Monroe they rather keep you waiting. How nice it would be to work for a company that does not need sales.
This is shocking!! We have been without power for five solid days. And you cannot speak to anyone at Eskom just some stupid chatbox that gives you the same answer!! This is radiculous and soooo against human rights. Yet the price for electricity keeps going up! What are we actually paying for???
I have logged our line as a fault on the 6th of January 2020. Today is the 16th of January with Telkom not having enough technicians available!!!?? What is this country and service level coming to!! If it continues like this I strongly think to cancel all services with Telkom!!

Halfway House - Post Office. This must be the worst post office there is in South Africa, with the worst service and attitude ever! I have been waiting for the last 6 months for a parcel. Every time I have been to the post office they have been offline. And they never answer their phones to query if they are back online. No you must go there stand in this enormous long line waiting on just two consultants to assist everyone. And by the time you finally get to the front to be told they are off line!! Really...I would like to find out if my parcel can be collected. Tracking #RH ********** 94JE
Mondo Mobile a recognised dealer of Vodacom - does not honor their contracts! Their tel nr 0861 23 66 66 representative: R. Kistensan contacted me to upgrade my contracts. The first contract was upgraded and implemented correctly. The second one on the 14th of April 2018 two debit orders went off with the incorrect amounts as per the contracts. After days of dealing with Vodacom two words were used, one from Vodacom that the contract was never implemented and that it was not any fault from my side. Now suddenly the word CANCELLED is brought up without any explanation that can be given to who or how this has happened!! And I cannot be credited for the wrong amounts because it was never put into action. Now explain to me whoes fault is this - the clients, or the people who does the contracts??? Their attitude is very unpleasant and it shouldn't be accepted. Furthermore the same representative was meant to upgrade my wife's contract in May, I am still waiting for a phone call from her. How professional can this get??
Vodacom commits fraud and think they can get away with it. They upgraded my contract on the 14th of April 2018 and continue to do whatever they like. I would like to say thank you to TK from Customer Care for his professionalism. Its a pity that Vodacom does not work together instead of against each other in their own departments. I finally get a call after 7 days from a Shameer. Then get a call from Christopher (new lines) to say that he is giving me a number for their accounts team and they must sort it out, as it will safe so much time. Then after all the security checks just to find out I am back at Customer Care and she can't help me, that I must get hold of upgrades dept to find out why this was never implemented. How can it take soooo long to sort something out??? This is absolutely radiculous!!
My mother upgraded her cellphone contract with MTN over 2 months ago. She is STILL waiting for her phone to be delivered. She is paying for something every month which she doesnt have. No help from MTN. Terrible and disgusting service from MTN!!! ?????
Empty Promises on Delivery!! My mother has been waiting for over 2 months to receive delivery on her upgrade iPhone6sPlus. Summer Mobile promised delivery to them days ago already - but its all lies lies lies - they are still waiting. The new iPhone 8 is out already and she is still waiting for her iPhone6!!!! This is pathetic service from Summer Mobile - to say the least!!
