Stay away. Pics on site are very old. This place is run down and disgusting. Managed to stay the night but left 7am to book elsewhere 1. Blinds do not work 2.No signal to make a call or use phone 3.TV doesn't work as unit gets not signal Onion and moldy cheese in fridge 4.Fridge filthy 5.Freezer filthy 6.Floors filthy 7.Dead bugs in unit 8. Shower dirty 9. Sewer smell in unit 10.Fan string missing 11.Grimmy Cupboard handles 12.Globes missing in bedroom 13.Rusted bin in bathroom 14.Soap dish in bathroom filthy
I bought two items at the cresta branch on the 21st of May. I went to return one item yesterday and they told me they don't have record of it. I paid cash and admittedly I did not keep my receipt but we remember the exact items and time we bought it but they can't find the purchase yet they are able to see my on their CCTV. I think because I paid close to R2000 cash the cashier pocketed the money. Really sad that staff would do this to the shop
Why charge companies a fee to respond to negative reviews posted about them when clients can post a review free of charge. Seems we as a company must now sign up with you in order to defend ourselves. Guess its a win win for for Hellopeter.

After almost 10 years of being a loyal client my claim for my cellphone has been rejected. I paused my account for a month when we went under lockdown and when i re-activated my cover they forgot to add my cellphone which was on there. I dropped my phone and the screen got damaged and now they said that it is my fault that the cover was not active. I am absolutely appalled by the poor service and reason for rejecting my claim. If anything the person who re-activated my cover should be liable for not adding my cellphone cover back. Really disappointed and annoyed right now

Withdrew money from an ATM at monte casino and forgot to take the cash, within 2mins i returned to find the money was not there. Casino staff advised via CCTV that nobody had been to the ATM since i left and that the money would of been taken in again by the ATM. Upon investigation by Capitec they now tell me that the ATM balance and is not in excess of this money. This is R2000 that they are now keeping and they have treated me like a criminal. Will be closing my account with them today
