I cant get any assistance from 10x's support desk, to resolve a duplicate tax directive, which is causing massive delays in getting my SARS efiling completed. How do I escalate long outstanding support queries with 10x?

Order collection was scheduled for 7 Oct 2022. It's been 4 days, and I have had no communication from Takealot regarding the order or what is causing the hold-up. Contacted the helpdesk twice, with no resolution in sight.
Got charged R1069 after cancelling my service with them, after 6 yrs. This cost is for the router... This is despicable service as I'd like to understand how Webafrica justify charging for a 6 yr old router, that has zero value and is long out of date?! They were happy to take my R1200 a month for the service for 6 yrs. But come cancellation time, shaft me for a last time by charging for a router. Last time I'd be suggesting your services to anyone.
I'm trying to cancel my Vodacom contract. After 2 attempts of holding on for 10 mins & 15 mins respectively, before being cut off, I gave up. I'd like to understand how it is this difficult to get an expired contract cancelled? Any help getting this done would be greatly appreciated... Werner F
<p>I've been on the same Vodacom contract for 4 years, never ran out of airtime. Since my recent handset upgrade, my airtime is drained within the 1st week of each month and Vodacom customer care says it's my background apps draining my airtime. I reset my usage at the begining of the month, and after my airtime ran out today, I checked, and the data pushed and received by my Iphone, was less than 200 mb of cellular data since the begining of the month.</p> <p> </p> <p>So Vodacom, how do you explain my uChoose 350 plus 1 GB data bundle run out in 9 days?</p> <p> </p> <p>Looking forward to hear from you</p> <p>Werner</p>
<p>I ordered a upgrade via the Vodacom upgrades service telephonically. I was promised they had stock and the new phone will be delivered to me by Tuesday 15 Nov 2016. It's now 48 hours later and no delivery yet or word from Vodacom on the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />After contacting them and trying to determine when I can expect delivery, I was told maybe next week.</p> <p>This ongoing **** service is what these service providers EXPECT us to live with and I'm not willing to.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Vodacom need to understand that their are oppisition service providers out there who'd be happy have us disgruntled customers, like myself.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />My mission today is to cancel my contract with Vodacom and go somewhere else.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Regards,</p> <p>W</p>

Telkom! Guys... WAKE UP! Your Adaptive Spectrum and Signal Alignment (ASSIA) line optimization system is a joke! I had a VERY stable 7 Mbps ADSL line with zero issues for many months, till you rolled out ASSIA in our area. Ever since my line will not sync higher than 1.2 Mbps. Since Feb 2016 I had 5 different Telkom technicians out to try and fix my unusably slow ADSL line, but with no resolution to date yet. It's obvious my line is fine, or else one of your technicians would have picked up if it wasn't. Please get my landline number added to the ASSIA exclusion list as soon as possible. I need this matter resolved soonest. Or complete your long overdue FTTH project in our area so we can get off these dilapidated Telkom copper exchanges. Werner
