On 22 December 2023 I went on the just answer page and asked a question, then loaded my bank card details because is showed R15, about 30 minutes later R781 was deducted from my bank account and apparently now I am subscribed which is not what I wanted, I want my money back. Gosh one would think that Lawyers would not do ******* things but apparently they're the kings of *****.. I want my money back because that was not our agreement!!!!!!
My personal cheque account has been blocked since Sunday 26 November 2023. I've been to South gate mall branch. Called ***** department several times and I've been told that the person who blocked my account is on leave and the team leader is not available. No one has really explained why my account is blocked and how long I will suffer through this inconvenience. The money in my account is what I need to get to work everyday and buy food. How am I expected to live when no one gives a damn. The consultant at South gate mall branch was not helpful, he ignored me, helped someone else and then came back and wanted me to explain to him again what my problem is so that I could be allowed to speak to the branch manager. I was extremely aggitated and left the branch. This is totally unacceptable that someone who blocked my account has since gone on leave. What the hell is going on and when will my account be unblocked because there is no ***** going on, I used my money over the weekend because it was my birthday on Friday. My account need to be unblocked immediately or I will get posts done on twitter, put it all over social media until I get what i need and that is to have my account unblocked immediately!!!
Moved out end February 2023 and gave maintence at East on 82 permission to do out inspection. Instead of calling to confirm and enquiring regarding payment of penalty and maintenance charges, I was handed over to Hills Debt collection agency. On 17 April I spoke a hostile afrikaans speaking female who was very snappy and due to her attitude made me not want to co-operate. This entire nightmare could have been avoided if people were more open to communicating in a civilised manner. When I told the lady that I'm very sorry I can only pay R500 she answered abruptly jy moet vir jouself jammer voel. My klient gaan dit nie aanvaar nie. This is unacceptable. I told her that her tone was unacceptable and then she proceeded to raise her voice and continue talking. I dropped the call because I do not believe I have to be spoken to in that tone or with such disrespect. I sent an email to Charlene van Tonder and she rep**** stating that I have to deal with the debt collectors. I feel that it is wrong because firstly you get put out basically from your apartment by 12:00 on the last day of the month and if you stay longer you get threatened with R1000 an hour extra for every hour, which they claim is in your contract, it's not there!! I will never recommend any rent from Central Development
I purchased furniture items on15 December 2022 because my daughter and grand children were going to come stay with me. Things changed over the weekend and I was back in the store on 21 December 2022 with my documentation to request to return the goods as I no longer required them. Unfortunately, I removed the plastics from the items and was informed that I could not return them. The sleeper couch has stitching that is fraying and that was discovered when I unwrapped the couch. The warranty papers I did not even sign in the store as it was not explained to me by the sales person or the store manager. I am not happy with the level of service from the store because on the 21 December 2022 when I visited the store the manager confronted the sales person who gave me the number for Jason 0877402118 and told him that under no circumstances should a customer be given that number but I was not assisted adequately in addressing my problem
Poor feedback on fraud cases. I reported a case on 2 September 2022, I was told it will take up to 14 days. I have still not got a solution and have to keep calling to find out what it happening. Not very forth coming and helpful with accurate information.
Constant harassment to pay the settlement quote and then I paid and was told I will get the settlement letter. It's been almost a month now and still have received nothing as they continuously blame their client Old Mutual for not fulfilling the request.
I moved into an apartment in Route 82, West Village 1 on 82 on the 1 September 2022. Firstly, the rental agent, Kanya was extremely pushy for the high prices apartment. On 12/09/2022 I received a telephone call after work from Mcdonald who informed me that the unit I am renting has been sold and I have to move. I am extremely annoyed with the inconvenience and lack of professionalism by the agent. People should stop worrying about the money only and remember that we are human beings and who likes to move??? Super annoyed!!!! If it was really my fault that the contract had to be terminated, I would pay like hell but what are they doing? Offering me 50 % off another place which could possibly have me end up experiencing the same thing

I've accidentally made a payment on 21/04 with the incorrect amount and requested a refund. After submitting all the documentation I was informed by Nokutla Madlala and Sibongile from the finance department that the refund would be process and to date have received no confirmation despite my request as well as my funds returned.
On 21/04 I accidentally made a payment to sacpcmp for the incorrect amount and then requested the bank to assist but they failed due to the business having other requirements. I expect the bank to fully assist in such cases because we have our salaries paid into the banks accounts and it's because we choose the bank we would like to you use because of the benefits and bank charges but when it comes to problems the bank cannot assist. I need help with getting my money reversed because the companies has received all the required documents but still does not assist, answer emails or calls.
