Shoddy work from installation done in 2018 & no after sales assistance. I bought a unit from Legaro property developers at one of their developments in 2018, and back then, the kitchen had problems... scratches on cabinets, cupboards that didn't close properly.... lots of things. Now, in 2021, I have cupboards that are completely off hinges... and I called them 6 weeks back to get some one to help, and even got the guys number ~ whatsapped them, and STILL no response. Hence, I say, to avoid disappointment DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
94.7 needs to really do better with their song selection... Craig David - Seven Days gets played everyday without fail! Cammman, do better. More variety! At this stage I would rather listen to 702!
While the work done is not in question this company's morals are completely and utterly appalling. They overcharged us for the products they used to fix our problem. Note, I am not questioning the labor charge as it was a Saturday, I am simply saying they overcharged us GROSSLY for the products they used. So, problem number (1): (1) Springbok mortice normally costs R 375, 24-7 Gauteng Locksmith charged us R 1,295. (2) Profile lock normally costs R 264, 24-7 Gauteng Locksmiths charged us R 995, Problem (2), they clearly took advantage of my wife, how? They didn't give her a heads up as to how much it would have cost to fix the problem, they carried on without doing so. A gross violation of the CPA. Problem (3), the call center agent on whatsapp was incredibly immature and rude. Firstly, she or he (who cares) tried to pass the buck to the locksmith acting like it was her/his responsibility to let the consumers know the cost of the job. Then, there was no apology made, and simple replies (displaying the intellect of a small forest insect) like "i love you" or, when explaining why they overcharged a reply stating "welcome to SA." All these things are completely unfounded, unprofessional and I would urge people that do feel aggrieved to band together so we can get a case at the CPA obudsmen (someone who I know).
Baby is on its way, cot arrived, based didn't fit and bad communications. For years my wife has walked past Baby Belle's shop in Cavendish, Cape Town and has seen the cot she wanted to get for a child she wanted to have when she was older. So at the beginning of the year, when we learned she was pregnant it only seemed like a natural place to go to get our cot for our 1st born. So, we go there and the lady said no problem that you living Joburg, we can ship the product to you. We were sold, afterall the cot is considered top of the range, and they said they send quite a lot of cots to Joburg ~ perfect. So the cot arrives 1.5 months before the baby arrives (great planning on behalf of wife ~ obviously she wants to nest). We put the cot together and.... the base of the cot doesn't fit the bolts it is meant to lay on (1), the cot appeared to be fine, but on closer inspection it was skew (2) and the compactum we bought has a drawer that is jammed on behalf of paint that dried... (3). These are not problems you want when there is a baby on the way and you have paid close to R 20k for both items of furniture. Then on top of that the person we contacted at Baby Belle, while she did apologize ande said she would get us new items of furniture as soon as possible, contacted us initially and didn't keep us in the loop. We notified her 3 weeks back and mums! The baby is due in 11 days.... I am not angry, just dissapointed. I like the fact that they owned up to the mistakes, but please contact your clients thereafter, especially when the absence of such communication involves a pregnant lady who is due to give birth in 11 days time! (note that when we first notified Baby Belle of the issues she was 32 days away from due date) If your supplier of furniture is letting you down, LET THEM GO! Or carry-on, but cut your prices so that you can cater for cheaper prices and clientele. Lesson here is that its all in the marketing... I sincerely hope that we get the cot and compuctum in time especially because of the cost of these items!

I bought 4 Bryan Adams tickets for 9 December 2017 in June 2017, and I am only getting 50% refunded to me because I have a family member's wedding... what on earth. Seriously, I really do like Big Conerts and appreciate the job they have done so far to date in South Africa, but why on earth am I only getting refunded R 2,210 when I paid R 4,420.... it leaves a sour taste in the mouth. Please someone assist with this. Thanks

I am writing this, ZAR 26,960 poorer thanks to Turkish Airlines.

Last year 30th October 2016, I bought tickets to Greece for my then fiance and I to travel to Greece in July 2017 for my brothers wedding. Great, I booked it months in advance and ZAR 10,860 per ticket, a good deal.

We subsequently got married in Ocotber 2016, and she got a new passport with her new surname, my surname. I did forsee and issue in December 2016 and emailed Turkish Airlines to ask if I could change her name on the ticket. No reply, both Turkish Airlines in Cape Town and Johannesburg did NOT reply for months on end. Till I managed to get someone on a call a month ago, April. She basically said that my wife would not be allowed on the plane as the ticket she has would be in her maiden name ~ great, I get that, cool. I finally got a rpely so I was happy. What transpired afterwards was absolutely unacceptable.

They said that I would need to cancel her ticket (get a refund, note grateful, however not 100% of original ticket price) and buy a new one with her new surname, my surname. I thought simple enough, HOWEVER, here's the kicker, they would not charge me the same price, no, they would charge me effectively more than double the price to do this. So instead of it costing me R 10,860 for her ticket, it cost me R 24,600 for her ticket. So, I effectively spent R 35,460 on her ticket.... I did get a refund of R 8,500.... however I am severely out of pocket now.

Then, I the ticket I original paid for had me flying Aegean Air to Athens, so this is the ticket I had booked for her to. Unbeknown to me, Turkish Airlines changed my booking such that I fly with Turkish Airlines to Athens. PROBLEM: My wife is booked on the Agean Airlines flight, and they want to charge me more to change it... can you believe it???

These acts make one not use this airline ever again.

Ineffective communication and price discrimination at its best...

For all the marketing that Vox Telecom does, they are incredibly shody at what they do. I have been working at this company for over a year now, and we are in the process of moving away from Vox, thank the Lord.

Connectivity to emails, internet and phones have been a problem on a day-to-day basis, and the company has done NOTHING to help. Their standard response is your bandwidth is at a maximum, and they leave it at that.

They do not aid the business in performing its job at all. I would NOT recommend using their services, in fact I would rather stick my head in a pot of boiling oil than sign a contract with Vox, shody personnel, shody business proposals and no reaction to what their client is going through. Well done, you have lost a client.

Execu-move was recommended to me by a friend, as she had a great experience with them. So, I initially knew what I was getting however, the job at hand was something that Archie and his team of 5 rarely engage with a solve this was... the fact that they had to move two apartments, furniture, kitchen-ware, the lot, in one day. Some of the furniture was extremely heavy and didn't fit in lifts, so they carried it down 2 floors, then up 3 floors to the destination. Quite simply amazing, impressive, and strong, these chaps are strong indeed.

Not to mention the fact that it was a Sunday, then on top of that they were smiling through the whole process. Honestly there was no problem that they couldn't fix.

Thank you Archie, Simon, Felix, Jacob, and the other two gentlemen (apologies I have forgotten your names). Thank you!

I know that when i move next I will be on the phone to Execu-move and will request the same team, what good okes!
