My initial experience with their services was promising, but that was short-lived. The next day, late at night during a power outage, I received a call claiming that their plumbers were at my gate. To provide some context, my driveway is approximately 40 meters from the house, and the work area was behind a half wall. The plumbers informed me that they had left some tools behind, prompting me to venture out during the blackout with my phone's light while my wife was in active labor (for a home birth). I searched diligently for the tools where they had worked but found nothing. I promptly reported this to both the workers and their office. The day after the plumbers had completed their work, we had contractors on-site to remove tree stumps from the same area. That's when I received an infuriating call from Leon, who claimed to be the manager at FD Plumbers. He accused me of *****ing the tools and insisted that the plumbers had seen me picking them up and carrying them inside the house the previous night. This accusation was ludicrous, considering the circumstances of a power outage and the distance from the gate to the house. Leon went so far as to threaten to open a theft case against me if I didn't immediately return the tools to their office. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, Leon remained unyielding and refused to offer any apology. If you're looking for a service that thrives on unnecessary drama, false accusations, and the threat of unwarranted legal action, then FD Plumbers may be the right choice for you.
their "New" system and the support staff is just useless . If there ever was a time to move over to another supplier this is it ! Please note if you fall under the equestria branch please do not waste your time and effort with The courier guy... after 7 years they are still struggling to just have the basics . Stephen i don't know what you are doing to this company but this is utter BS
I rely 100% on afrihost to keep my business online and make sure to be there when my technical team needs assistance. And i must say ... since we moved our business to afrihost ( 2019 ) everything just was flawless . Afrihost you made it possible so that my it team can spend less time shouting and complaining about what went wrong instead they told me how numerous support personnel worked throughout the weekend and early morning hours to make sure that our new infrastructure is ready to launch on the deadline that was given. Well done , will keep my business at afrihost , the other could not beat you at Service , Price , Stability !
I actually wish there was less than 1 star rating ,,, i am highly disjointed at liquidtelecom ... we has a micro wave internet dish system installed with 5 static ip's .... sounds nice ? not at all if the system works you are lucky ! random times i just cant connect to any of my static ip's if i am lucky i can connect with utterly poor speed ! we are running servers with very important task's to do , but now i cant use the internet lines . i cant contact there customer support line because then you will be greeted with someone that is total incompetent to assist you , cant event get your account , i need to phone in time after time just to speak with a total useless person , i need to contact my sales person to fix the issue and even him can't get the support person to fix it because they are useless .. Do not go to liquidtelecom , we have paid them a lot of money just to come and install and this is utterly poor service and products ..

This is a bunch of nonsense , when i call no one answers and the phone just gets droped . They sell you a service but you cant do anything with this ? I PAID FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT GETTING . My domain is ponted to my server on the DNS editor but when i ping the domain i end up with a compleat other adress !!! I have lost clients because of this how must i run my Business with Afrihost !? they dont have any support !! and i have the proof And probably i must close my business doors because of this issue that AFRIHOST has made . I have no words for this pathetic service .... wait there is no service .... you pay and then you get no support .
On the 21/09/2017 i have applied for private finance and on 22/09/2017 i have sent trough my documents that was required and i got an sms to state i was pre approved ..... till today i have not revived 1 call from wesbank to confirm the finance , it is like my application form was dumped in the trash , there is no feedback from them , i have called in each day and sometimes 3 times a day to ask what is the delay and what i must do to speed up the prosess , i am about to loose the car i want to finance , i have already put down 55k as a deposit and the people told me they want to give back my 55k because i am taking to long for the finance and they want to sell it to other people ...... i am sitting without a car and wesbank does not care at all about the finance . Is wesbank even do private finance ???? they advertise they do private finance but it does not seem like they want to assist people with private finance ... very poor of wesbank

<p>I have sent trough my details the 21/12/2016 and still nothing !!!!<br />I have called out to telkom 18 times each call averaging by 20 min this is huge airtime bill !!! just to get your guys to do there work !!!! <br />And you are still expecting payment from me by the end of the month ! <p>I have requested a ADSL line to be installed at my home ... and after 2 weeks waiting for the activation of my line, they give me a date for the 19/12/2016 and did not pitch for the 19/12/2016 .... and then they tell me they will come the 20/12/2016 .... so, they do not keep there promises ....</p> <p>The line was activated and put over on to my account .... and when i want to activate my home router to the internet .... it did not work .... I call Telkom and ask what’s going on ... The person tells me the line is only a voice line !!!! I don’t need a voice line .... I only need ADSL !! the person tells me I must call back the 21/12/2016 .... (Remember I am waiting minimum of 45min before my call is answered every time!) so I call beck 21/12/2016 and the guy goes and activate my ADSL line but with a witty attitude! I ask him to escalate this activation, because I was under the impression the line that was installed on the 20/12/2016 is the ADSL ... so i need this line before Friday .... he tells me " Sir as i told you few min ago ... this can't be escalated " witty!! </p> <p>Come to a point .... Telkom is wasting my time !!!! empty promises .... wrong installations .... lies to you!!! </p>
<p>I have put 1GB data on the 5/12/2016 on my router to prepair for a important support meeting on the 6/12/2016 . When i have installed the router and put the data on the simcard R149 that by itself is daylight robbery , i have then put off the router by the power plug and the next day i went to work and came back home and then i put on the router and connected my laptop to the router and got the message that the data bundel is debleated ??? i contacted vodacom and asked them what happend ? and they told me my data was being used 12:30 - 3:05 in the moring ? my device i unpluged at the wall socet to save my data for the meeting ..... R149 gone 1Gb GONE !!! they can't help me , so my data has been stolen and they cant assist me ..... </p>
