waiting for 3 hours for some to answer. Been number 4 for 3 hours. have to change to another hosting company
The Driver of Bakkie registered to DANANNAS TRUCKING, drove into our church fence, causing considerable damage. DANANNAS TRUCKING referred us to their Insures AIG. All requested documents were submitted and a claim number issued - Danannas Trucking CC - AIG CLAIM NO: 8902473471ZA- The dama.ge was on the 20th August. Despite regular request for an update, they keep requesting for the same docs we already send. Tereso, never respond to our mails, or we is out the office all the time. Danannas is a trucking company and has a fleet of vehicles on the road daily. AIG is definitely doing a dis service to their client. We will consider lodging a civil claim against Danannas for damages to our property.
I had a tracker retriever installed 3 years ago for R99/ month with an annual increase. I was able to view my vehicle on my phone app for 3 years. The contract expired and requested a renewal, they offered R99 per month for 3 years with no increase. Having renewed the contract, they remove the vehicle from phone tracking. On enquiry they said the package does not include live tracking, I said I had it for 3 years, however you not supposed to have had it. Other companies offer the feature for R99/month. I cannot cancel with them I just have to wait out the 3 year contract. Their invoices also is shocking. DONT CONTRACT WITH CAR TRACT!!!
My E mails are blocked been on the phone with them for almost 3 hours - after 30min call cuts - dial again, wait 45 min, dial again 1hour 14 min . one person answers afater 20 min he transfers me to another person for 45 min - after 3 hours of waiting no success
I was never informed that Edgars has a 6 month interest free plan and a interest bearing account. When ever you purchase you supposed to inform the classier that the account is interest. There seem to have been a purchase put on to the interest account, every month a small amount goes towards this account. Today I owe R200 on this account, and i cannot close it. I musty continue to pay interest till its settled at their discretion. This is *******ion at the higest level. I want to close Edgars account, cause they *****ing from unsuspecting customers.
Shocking service - On the 21st Sept I logged a complaint for ****** water Pipes. On the 23rd at 9.30 am The Plumber arrived to assess the damage. I called Absa for a claim ref. was on the phone 30 min with no success. Called for 15 min, managed to get a ref. At 1.45 pm, I called the plumber for an update -the office is still waiting for the tech to arrive at the office to do the quote. I called Absa 1.45pm. on the phone as I am writing 37.26min. Spoke to Katlego and Mumpsi - Very rude. Katelgo said she will call the plumber and give me an update. After 37.26min i can wait no longer. 24th is a public holiday the possibility of repairs is only 25th. So we dont have any water in our house. Staff very rude and inexperienced - very unhelpful - I need to change insurance
I bought tracker contract for 3 vehicles - At the time of purchase i could view my vehicles on my app. 2 weeks ago the changed the system and now i dont see any tracking on the Phone. They told me i need to upgrade for this service. I argues that the reason I purchased the R99 package is cause i could the vehicles. The asked me to refer to the contract which supposed to say this is basic retrieve - but i dont have a contract.. On the 4th I had an accident and on the 6 the Insurance company removed my vehicle from my property - On the 15th I requested tracking on vehicle, and was still tracking as being on my property ,when in fact the vehicle was about 100km from me, I could not cancel any vehicle because the cancellation fee exceeds the amount outstanding for the contract. On the 21st I called them to install an new unit in my new vehicle, an appoint was made for the 23rd - I waited all day on the 23rd and no installation was done. I had to curtail all movements for the weekend because of tracker. This company is only interested in taking your money with out providing a service.
I requested a down grade on my land line to a cheaper service on the 20.6.24 - I receive an email confirm the down grade . However since then, the message i get is - MOBILE NETWORK NOT AVAILABLE - I been calling since Friday the 21st, just refered form number to number, with no Joy at all - an entire week I ma being charged for a service and forced to use my mobile phone incurring cost while paying Telkom - over the years I have never had a pleasant experience with telkom - How are we supposed to run a business? Unbelievable
I am unable to do a year end . Beens in touch with Patel since 19.4. spend hour on the phone,. Kept transferring from person to person. Today was on the phone for 1 hour, spoke to 3 different people, was being transfered to 4thr department, and call cut off. Sent mail to consulting, on 19.4, as was advise, till today, 16.5 no response. Unable to speak to any who can assist. on the 19.4 a consultant was able to log into my computer, he could not resolve the problem. Honestly I dont know what else to do??? This is the worst service provider I have encountered.
I called King Price about the 16th Jan 2023 for a quote. The sales push you to give a date of commencement. I was purchasing a new car, and the cade could not be confirmed, so i called them almost daily to amend the pick up date. After picking up the vehicle, the sales call me 3 times with different question and the policy subsequently increases from the first quote. So i decided to cancel the quote On the 25th, a lady called me and i instructed her to cancel the policy. On the 27th a gentleman called me , in fact he called me a few times that day, and instructed him to cancel the policy. today is the 3rd I was going through my bank statement and realized that was was debited the full amount. I called them and was told there was not instruction to canxcel the policy, and not I have to pay for the week that the policy was in force. This is a shocking response form King Price. My advise stay away from this company. My last call with them was on the 27th between 5 and 6pm I think
