I am having a bad customer experience with your brand. The service and lack of communication from the Mercedes Benz in Pietermaritzburg is appauling. I brought in my car for repairs on the 31st December 2022, til this day my car has not been fixed. They have not even started working on my vehicle. I constantly have to chase for feedback because no one will proactively reach out to me. The service consultant handling my account is either on leave or unavailable I regret taking my car to this dealer!!
My car came in for repairs on 31 December 2022 at Mercedes Benz branch in Pietermaritzburg, I have had to chase for feedback from day 1. The communication and service has been really bad for me. I paid 70% of what they quoted me for repairs in January, I was told a down payment would be required for parts to be ordered, until today my car is still not fixed. I would actually like a refund and my car to be towed to a more reliable and efficient dealer. Even when I call for feedback they are either on leave or unavailable. No one bothers to call you back for feedback.
I am going into my second week off lodging a claim with Discovery. I am not having a good customer experience at all. I do not know why they assign Claim Specialists who are always not available and do not have the capacity to respond to emails or provide status updates. My claim has not progressed since it was lodged on the 30th of December 2022. My car was towed to Mercedes Benz in PMB and they sent through pictures and the report to discovery, however, none of these details have been processed and I have been battling to get an update or feedback from anyone. I am really disappointed in the service as I moved my insurance recently to Discovery, and right now I am left with regret for changing policies as I did not have such delays and lack of communication from my previous insurer.
The claim process is poor , non disclosures are not discussed with you. I took out a scratch and dent cover with them and my claim rejected because the quote for repairs I was understood that I could pay the difference should a claim be more. They are a mickey mouse insurance company.
I had an account at Hifi corp which I took out in early last year and I settled the account within a few months. This account still reflects as open on the credit beaures on my credit report with an outstanding balance of R65. I have emailed and called to have this updated on my profile becaise this information is incorrect and I have provided all the necessary information to have this issue resolved
I have been experiencing challeges with this account,particularly when it comes to recieving international payments. The process and experience has not been good one. I was meant to have recieved a payment on the 2nd July but until today it has not reflected in my account. I called in and provided all the required information to have my funds released on the 2nd of July and I was assured that my funds will be in my account before close of business today 02/06/2021). I followed up numerous times on the 2nd but still the funds didnt come through. On the 3rd of July I called in again, and twice I was told the funds would be released into my account but today I write this email because my funds have still not reflected onto my account. I was meant to pay my rent on the 2nd of July and I am charged interest per day for late payment. In addition i was meant to pay my staff member as well on the 2nd but till today I have been unable to do so. My account with nedbank is also in arrears because Of debit orders that went off and there was no money in my account. What is frustrating is that this is not the first time I am having this issue when it comes to recieving imternational payments. I would like assitance with having my funds released and also to enquire about the process of closing this business account and all other products I have with Nedbank. I believe that the product offering is not what I am looking for, espcially when it comes to having facility that takes my "money seriously" Kind regards, Sizakele Boniswa Shabinha
I lodged a claim with Budget Insurance in February as my vehicle had been in an accident. My claim was processed and my vehicle was referred to Nungu Trading for repairs as they are on their preffered suppliers list. My expereince with Nungu Trading and Budget has not been a pleasant one. How they operate at Nungu Trading is unbeliavelble, this company is not reputable at all and how Budget Insurance could refer me to such repairer is beyond me. On my way home from collecting my car the front mirrior fell off, my wipers stopped working as i was driving, my back wiper was not replaced and the vehicle had scracthes below the back wiper which were not repaired. Getting feedback from both Nungu Trading and budget is a mission. Drinving my vehicle is risk for me espcially on rainy day because my wipers dont work and the front mirror is not installed.
I reported a fraud case at ABSA on the 19th January 2019, as there were a couple of withdrawls which amounted to R9000 which were withdrawn from my account. The branch manager advised that it seems as if my bank card was cloned and she assisted me (Church Street branch) with reporting a case and advised that i would be recieving a call from the fraud department. I have not recieved any feedback from the fraud department and when i get to the branch i have had no luck with assistance. This situation is really frustrating as i have not recieved an update and i have not recieved my money. The branch manager had advised i would have a fraud consultant assigned to my case within 5 days from opening the case and it would take them 3 - 4 weeks to get my money back. This situation has really set me back financial and i am pleading for assistance.
<p> I did a cash deposit at Nedbank Via ATM at Carlwald yesterday, (23/05/2016) evening at 18h46pm. From my understanding and expereince the cash is instantly available. Its 4H30PM the next day (24/05/2016) and i still have not recieved any of the funds i deposited. When i made the transaction yesterday i immediately recieved a notification via sms of the available balance. But when i tried to access my account the funds were not available. How long does it take Nedbank to clear cash deposits Via ATM because with most banks its immediate. I really feel i am with the wrong ban****!</p>
