There is something wrong with Forever booking people. The rudeness is appalling. They just don't care. I don't need you to go above and beyond, however, be nice. It's like they can't wait to get rid of you. Disappointing.
I am extremely disappointed in Anglo American not responding to my emails when reporting the procurement staff members for *****.
I am extremely disappointed with TakeALot!!! I ordered a package with a laptop, wireless mouse, powerbank, laptop bag and headphones. However, the headphones were not in the delivered package. Firstly, the only way TakeAlot could assist was if I returned the package and they send another one, which would've been a huge inconvenience for me that cost R280 an hour and TakeAlot would not re-imburse for the 3-5 working days I would've been out of commission. Now, they want to refund me as apparently the supplier is now out of stock. HOW??? Where are the headphones that should've been packed with this order???!!! I need TakeAlot to find whoever packed this order and ask them for my headphones. This is unacceptable. I will not have my CPA rights violated because TakeAlot doesn't have control over their suppliers. I want my headphones. If TakeAlot's CEO has to deliver them him/herself they better. Because your call centre agents do not want to give me your head office number to sort this out with someone who actually knows what they are doing. I want my headphones. Or refund me including the R280 per hour I will be out of commission.
I am soooo tired of going to the bank for one simple tging. One!!! My card is blocked. I've been trying to link my app but it says I must use another card. When I go to the atm it says 'Card Soft Blocked'. They've been unblocking it at the branch but still. Same thing. I even ordered a new card. And guess what, same thing. Can someone from FNB please tell me what is going on. I've called and called and been transferred to different departments but no winning. I need this sorted ASAP.
I have just had the worst experience with FNB call centre agents!!! I am flabbergasted. And all because they didn't understand what I needed and kept transferring me to two departments. Can I please have someone from FNB call me that can assist in CSV or OFX statements for the past 3 to 5 years.
I am so disppointed with the non-assistance from Momentum. We've calling them since September 2022 asking for them to load an IRP5 from a tax directive we got when submitting tax returns. No can upload the IRP5 and no one is telling us why that is such a mission. In the meantime we're getting penalty admins from SARS.
FNB Retail Core Banking closed my query without giving me feedback. Everytime I call I'm being sent from pillar to post with a promise of being called back. I should assume my money was traced and stolen, why else would my query be closed. Someone from FNB needs to answer for this.
On the 1st of February a client made various payments from Standard Bank and none of those payments have cleared. Been going back and forth from from Standard Bank and the other Banks and still nothing. No help. This has been a huge inconvenience to do my work for said client and Standard Bank is not helping at all. I'm at a point to advice my client to take his business somewhere else today!!!
Vodacom offers are bull****!!! Saw an offer on Vodacom for the everyday 1GB for R299, however, after purchasing R300 airtime the offer disappeared. I now have ridiculous offers and I am apparently now subscribed to **** I know nothing about so they can chow my airtime ever 5 minutes. I want that offer back or give my money back!!!!!
1. Some FNB consultants( Online or via phone) just don't want to know what they are doing or how they can help you. Really help you. I'm disappointed with the last few interactions I've had with them. 2. I need someone from FNB to sit down with me and explain why I'm always charged double for a pay and clear. I've been on this matter for months now and everytime the consultant will make it seem as if it's in my head or I'm not looking at it right. I love the App and the internet banking and how it's all user friendly and secure. I hate the double billing!!!! And being billed exorbitantly. I can't believe I was billed for more than 20bucks for inter account transfers.
