So clientele representatives go to the malls and **** old people promising them vouchers then the next thing their pension money is deducted.I called them and they assured me that they will canceled the policy and revert back to me for the refund,but they still continued taking money. How do you even activate a policy without consent of the policy holder,they busy advertising as caring for people they ***** FROM PEOPLE.

Their receptionist advised me to buy tickets for Waterpark..,I spent R200 on them for the whole family the next day when am suppose to use them the Waterpark was closed and she never advised me on this..now their manager blames me for not going to Waterpark on my check in day which was Sunday at 3..,when I booked for boat cruise which was leaving at 4..how was I suppose to go to Waterpark at 5 in de evening when it closes at 6..then on my check out day they refused to refund me telin me that I should use it and have a day pass..did they even consider why ihad to leave on that day?NO
They just went into my account and transacted 3 payments no communication or whatsoever..,I want my money back into my account or he'll is going to break loose I promise you pathetic company
So you lie about matching our quotes with current insurer and say if you fail to do so you give us cash?That is falls marketing and you should definitely be reported...that's pathetic..,as I never got a cent from you and you failed to match my current insurer
I can't believe this people,their consultant calls me to verify my information in order to deliver my bank card.Which I gave her.I gave her my full names but just because the bank only put my one initial not all of them they refused to deliver my card.,this is soo pathetic cause whoever will be delivery am sure they will request my ID to verify.,now am stucked with NO CARD.
First time I don't know in how many years,am experiencing such superior customer service. Zintle Moyake is an asset to your company guys and we need more people like her in financial institutions,I hope her hardworking and dedication is recognized,for me I think she deserves employee of the year award.As much as how angry or frustrated I can get,she manages to deliver and I end up staying with bank even when I was tempted to take my account somewhere
How can the whole company have such rude consultants,I paid my account on the 22nd settled it and finchoice still went and debited my account.I called their call center,I honestly think this company should close as their customer service is pathetic.,the last consultant I spoke to He addressed me like a child and couldn't help with my refund or to close that account,till today I still didn't get a refund.They are quick to notify credit bureau that you opened account with them but they will refuse to close it once you paid
Pathetic customer service...their live chat consultants keep you holding forever..their banks to deposit your funds are always always OFFLINE
Such bad bad customer service i have ever experienced in my entire life of banking.Capetic where do they hire their people,do they even understand what a client is,no one could even assist me after being transferred to 7 people just to do a capital reduction or refund me my money
