Hi just had to share. NEVER go to Optique for your glasses. They deduct when ever they feel like deducting. Then at the end of day you are responsible for banking chargers. Even the people at finance don't want to sent a copy of mandate for deduction. So now who's gonna pay 1200 for banking fees???
Ive been a loyal customer for a lkng time and then after placing an order I got a message of delivery after waiting for 2hours the delivery got cancelled. I didn't receive the order. I must say this is the worst service the online service ever received . Try to contact them no luck. Even sent a whatsapp still waiting after 4hours for a reply.. Now I have to wait 10 days for money... this is really not fair.
So I finally reported cell c to the National Consumer Commission, and Services Ombud, let's sit back and see what happens.
So cell c Informed me as a client that I will receive my refund within 3 to 7 days gues what today Is day 7 and not a word.. I can't wait for my story to go public as I'm tired of this company robbing their own clients. Deducting with my permission and now I also have to pay for unauthorized debits. No more cell c and I won't recommend this provider to anyone.
Guys I need some advise as I'm so tired off cell c. I made a payment via EFT and guess what.. they deducted again double debit orders. I need contact details so I can report them.
It seems Cellc can't resolve my issue regarding debits still going off... they called me and I did email them proof of payment arrangement via Eft but they keep on debiting. Any advise??
So I've been with cell c for almost 20 years of not 20 years already. They are deducting debit orders which I never gave authorization to do so.. I've asked them several times who will be responsible for those fees but no one seems to assist.
I've ordered some things from homechoice on the 23rd December. Tried to contact them even sent several requests for call backs. I've sent emails and also waisted airtime to contact them to change my delivery details. Then geuse what?? The driver tried to deliver the parcel to my office and I'm on leave, the driver called me and then I changed the address, I then received a message that the parcel was delivered where as I did not receive the package. I don't want anything from homechoice anymore they can just take their parcel back.
So I have an account with incredible connection,debit Date is for 28th geus what, they tried to deduct today who do they think will ne responsible for the administration fees as I did not have them permission to deduct. I tried calling them aven sent emails no response.
Hi, so I tried to order food at KFC using the app.. the order didn't go through but I was billed for it. I've sent several emails and tried to call them with no luck. So now no food no money. The lady at the branch said there's nothing she can do. Silverton Van Wyk street branch. So if she can't assist customer care don't assist. What do I do.
