I've seen horrible service in my life but Bonitas take the 1st prize. No answer telephonically. Went to Whatsapp line, waited 40 minutes just get disconnected at #0. Went through entire process again. Waited another 35 minutes to be put through to agent that just does not answer you. It has been 10 minutes without response. I am close to a heart attack. So glad I am leaving Bonitas. THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THIS MEDICAL AID.
The worst bank ever! They took my CC payment every month with a debit order, no problem for years, debit order always was paid. THEY STOPPED taking it with debit order and I did not even notice. Now I am behind 5 months and they send me threatening letter. THE WORST is that there is no bank account on this letter. I searched for Nedbank Credit Card as a listed in my bank, nothing. Tried to phone them, no answer. Emailed them no answer. I WILL NOT PAY ONE CENT COLLECTION FEE. I want to settle this account in full and get you out of my life. I NEVER want anything to do with Nedbank ever again.
For months you deducted R320 something from my account as debit order. Today I get a phone call that CC not paid for 5 months!!!!! BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE. YOU STOPPED THE DEBIT ORDERS. I tried to settle this account a few months ago but there is a problem with your account with Capitec. Pre listed does not work. I want to settle this account and get you as a bank out of my life! The incompetence is scary

The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Olga from Vaal Mall phoned and said that I need to give Standard bank proof of my wealth and proof of all my accounts and proof of every sent I transferred in my account on where that money came from otherwise my account stays frozen. I just want to close this account and withdraw the money that is currently in the account. To have to give you proof of where I am getting my money (I have my own business) is the most invasive ridiculous thing ever! The only bank that is making my life miserable is Standard Bank. I WANT MY MONEY AND I WANT TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT! I HATE STANDARD BANK
Bought two mega strip box. Got like 2 pieces that was quarter piece wings and 2 pieces half size. So 10 strips are not 10 strips, more like 7.5 strips.
I need to RICA my account. What is the most frustrating, they accepted money to go into the account and now keeping it until I RICA. Here is the thing. I've been to the branch 3 times. THE MOST FRUSTRATING bank in SA. two people at customer service and about 20 people waiting to be helped. I tried every hour to go but same story. One customer takes about 20 minutes with only 2 helping. I left and went shopping for 2 hours, when I walked past, the person I was sitting next to was still not even in front. This bank is worse than home affairs. Horrible customer service.
I am trying to cancel a contract i've never used. Phone cancellations. Someone picks up and tell me EVERYTIME 4th time now that they need to put me through to cancellations and then I waste my money and my time holding on for 20 minutes everytime. NO OTHER WAY they can cancel. So clearly they do not want you to cancel. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!
I want to tell you about my experience with Absa employee Boitumelo Motale (Tumi). (Vaal Mall Private Banker) Tumi blew my mind away with the excellent, going beyond for his customer, service he provided. I app**** for car finance, not only did I get the car finance in a very efficient no stress way, but he helped me sort out other banking and finance issues that I thought was impossible. His knowledge must be treasured. His prompt and effective communication to all my queries and questions is not heard of in South Africa. This was the most painless, effortless and pleasure dealing I had with a bank, EVER! All because of Tumi. My business account, credit card and cheque accounts are all with ABSA and I will be a lifetime client of Absa because of Tumi’s service. I will fight if anyone takes him away from being my private banker. I just wanted to let you know, you have GOLD in Tumi. Such a professional and going beyond and helpful employee for Absa’s customers.
Wanted to switch over to discovery, because I was not on medical aid from 2018 to 2023 they are adding an additional 25% to my membership. I am not sick, no conditions, rarely go to a doctor. I will for sure not join discovery health. I hope that this model makes them go out of business one day. My current medical aid did not penalize me at all for those 5 years. Quote me R9000 a month and gives me R11 000 savings PER YEAR. What is this company smoking?
