Bought some items one of the items were earpods and found one to be non functional, logged a return on their WhatsApp number it's been over two months now, no response, all you ever chat with is a bot.... will stick to purchasing from Temu, Shein and Takealot I've had much better services from them....bye Oneday Only for ever💩
UCT online high school has failed my expectations from what we were promised at the beginning of 2022. My daughter has suffered much anxiety with the pressure that the kids are made to undergo in this school. I did not experience much support from the so-called support coaches which I felt they were messengers between departments and not actually doing much to support the kids. My daughter has never produced bad results ever in the history of her schooling, yet through UCT her performance was bad from the first term until the last with not much help from the teachers to assist in improving her grades. UCT should rather consider a virtual live classroom rather than to let students find their way around their academics. I really will not be recommending this school to anyone.

Easy claim process, quick turnaround time for processing the claim
I visited the Game store at the Boulders Mall in Midrand on the 13th April 2020 What a difference in customer care and experience I received in comparison to their sister branch at the Mall of Africa. I went there to purchase a table for my child 's on line tutorials and a cellphone charger. I received a friendly service by the sales lady at the cellphone counter and a gentleman at the electronics department (sorry I can't recall their names). Great experience, was able to purchase these items hassle free. I'm definitely switching over to Game Boulders Midrand.
I recently went to a Game store at Mall of Africa to purchase a cellphone charger during this lock down period and was informed that it's not an essential item and can not be sold to me. This was a concern for me as I thought to myself what is the use of having a cellphone which is not charged? Is a cellphone not an essential tool of communication? I was informed that they only sell a full cellphone package and not accessories. This is of no use to me as I have a good functioning device it just needs to be charged. I met with a gentle who I was told was the manager of the store and disappointed to say I didn't have a pleasant experience with him and the other staff members who were around him. They made a mockery of me saying the government said they must not sell the cellphone chargers. I asked him can the store escalate this matter to the 'government' who has put out this regulation as a consumer has made a complaint about an item that is essential but has been deemed as a non essential item? I was met with resistant and a great deal of being unhelpful from his part. I left the store highly disappointed at their customers service. I contacted their call centre which has not gotten back to me in. Highly disappointed with Game.
I really appreciate shopping at Pick n Pay, no matter which branch I go to I can sure to always get fresh produces in their fruit and veggies, bakery and butchery sections. The best part of my shopping is when I get to the tills, the instant savings I receive for being a Smart shopper, is just the best feeling ever. A those points are legit, one can use to shop again with them. Best value for money.
It has been 3 months since I had resigned from my previous employer, I started the claiming process on my provident fund immediately when I resign. Sad to say up to this day I have not received my funds from AF. To make matters worse, there is no communication from their side to keep me updated about my claim. Each time there has been a problem with my documents or banking details I've had to find that out myself when I call to enquire what's taking so long for my claim to be processed. It has been a very frustrating 3 months of my life dealing with AF.
<p>I'd like to recommend the service of Bafana at 1life, he received my call on the 03 June 2016 and before he transfered me to the relevant department, he advised me about the changes on my policy re-identification and further stated that he does not want my family to be stressed about making a claim due to incorrect identification. </p> <p>He further offered his email to me to be able to forward my updated documents to him, so he can make sure it is corrected on their system. Now such service for me is outstanding as I had not even called for that reason, but he went the extra mile to make sure that my policy is kept up to date. </p> <p>Thank you so much</p>
