Fast Fibre NO REFUND
Its nice to have fibre to your home. They can connect you and keep you happy online. Please dont move to a place where you cannot get fibre and cancell your internet. They will cancel your internet but still take your payment via debit order. You will hear that they refund after 21 days and you will have to sent your banking detail lots of times. Then you will hears thge manager must aprove your refund. After that you will hear the manager did aprove it and it is paid in bulk the end of the month. The end of the month will come but not your refund. You will call them several times a day and keep the phone on but nobody will tell you whats going on and then the phone will drop. They have to refund me R802 since March 2024. Tickent no'S 412371/419575/411976/471380 is but a fue of my tickets.

Anyone can change your contract
Seems that anybody can call you to change your contract with MTN South Africa. I was in the last 8 months... phoned about 700 times to change my contract. Dosnt matter if yoy are still happy ... nobody cares they change it anyway and it seems you can do nothing about it

COC nightmare worked out.
Was refered to them for COC. Was unhappy with their qwote thought it was redicules but booked the service as I could not get any other. Tinus and his team was friendly and helpful. I do believe this company could better their communications but the job is well done

Loyal fedup Mweb customer
I was a Mweb Internet customer since before 2009. I had a ADSL line from Telkom and when Fibre came to my adres I app**** for a connection. Unfortuanately my ADSL line got ****** in Feb 2020 and Telkom was not replacing them anymore. During this long months before the Fibre was installed MWeb cancelled my application several times and changed my agreement only to benefit them. Now they chose to announce a price increase just before a very long weekend. I phoned several time on Friday 26 April 2023. When I phoned today I got answered the third time I tried. A manager phoned me back and made me a redicules offer. He said if I want to cancel I must do so today 1 May 2023 before 13h00, but when I phoned back to cancel the agent refused to cancel. You cannot do all you need on their app as they keep on reminding you while you wait for a call to be answered. If a company do not have an email adres to contact them and they do not answer Hellp Peter Rewievs STAY AWAY!

Alfa Chicks/Kuikens
Bought 100 day old chicks from Alfa Chickens and received them on 14 Nov 22. I received stong chicks and after two weeks they are still all alive. Never seen such strong and fast growing chickens. Thank you so much

VitalAir Profesional and Caring
The Oxi Concentrator and compact standby cylinder was delivered a few days before the patient came out of hospital. In the three months he used it the nurse came to inspect the applience and tested the oxigen levels of the patient. He was so kind and caring towards the patient. I am greatful for the way the staff treated my family and insuring we understand the working of the equipment.

Eenheid Begrafnis Dienste Top keuse
I went there as they also helped us bury my mom. This personel was of a great help. They let me make up my mind about the services I want. Did not try to sell me more. I was offered different choices and the funeral went off professionally and practically. I would refer all in need of this service to Eenheid in Pretoria North.
