To order from them is not advice able. I have placed an order today 3rd of April 2025 at 17:07. It is 20:12 and nothing has been received. To phone the shop is a waste of time, they don't answer their phones and I did so before closing time, to phone ASAP, you only get to listen to their recorded story over and over as no agent answers. Holding on untill I ran out of airtime. This is nownthe 2nd time I have this experience. Rather make use of Sixty/sixty or Spar
One star is even to much. After a month they replaced the faulty dishwasher. What a surprise. It is also not working. New out of it's box and not working.
Worse than poor service. Quick to sell you a bed, yet no response when the product is packing up. I bought an¾bed, bamboo, in August 2024 and the springs are sticking out. No reply on my correspondence neither do they answer their phone. Will not advice anyone to make use of them.
Good afternoon. We purchase a Hisense dishwasher via Teljoy. It became faulty, took them a few days to respond being Monday the on which I was inform they have to get a new element and will be back on Wednesday 27th of January 2025, then we were inform they will be back on Friday the 31st of January 2025. Needless to say we are still waiting. I will not refer anyone to this brand as it is not reliable.
What ever you do, don't make use of their delivery service as it is a nightmare, 3x on 3 different days, I've ordered for delivery. It takes an hour+ for it to be deliver from the time it is picked up by the delivery guy. I have ordered ice cream today, been picked up an hour ago according to the store's staff and yet still waiting. Sorry to say, but they can do away with it or go for training at 60/60
When it comes to the first experience with this company I found then to be a 4star, BUT follow up is a huge problem. I have been trying to get then to fix the roof they've repaired last year, since the 28th of September 2023 - 0615459551, and via emails from the same date, Appointments were made to come and repair the leak on 2 occasions, of which the last was for Saturday the 28th of October 2023. Regardless to say I am still waiting. I've been trying to get hold of the manager and he is either not available or the phone get cut off (as I have no proof, I can't say that is done on purpose but I can think what I will). Yes, they do a good looking job, but aftercare is non existing.
Good evening. We reported a faulty brand new washing machine but they don't come back to you as all has to be done via messages/mail as there is now answer on their phone. Really can't complain about their back up service as it is non excisting.
<p>I have reported a leaking watermeter 3 times over a period of 5 months at Akasia, Pretoria North.</p> <p> </p> <p>As to this point in time it still hasn't been fixed and I'm sitting with a hair raising water account. Tshwane Municipality is very quick to cut people's water and electricity if not paid yet very slow to have problems taken care of.</p> <p> </p> <p>The question that comes to mind is what is the municipality doing with our money? <p>My daughter went to Folateng also know as Pretoria West hospital for her baby. My granddaughter was born on Sa****ay the 4th of June 2016. There is no warm water in that place, for appartently these last four weeks, the electricity is almost non existing, and I always thought that hospitals have to have generators, she has to be happy to sleep under two sheets as the request for a blanket is ignored. It was discoverd with her first child that for some reason or the other she doesn't produce milk and yet they refused to bottle feed the baby. That poor kid had to go without food now for almost two days, forcing her to try to get something out of her mother. My daugter told them tonight that she is refusing to go on with this as her breasts are busrts and the poor kind has to drink blood. Another lady came in and told the nursing staff straight she refuses to breast feed and they told her no problem she can bottle feed. Double standards. Their meals are of such that the lady serving it to them told them she don't blame them if they don't want to eat the soup as not even she will, why???. To address these things with the persons in charge seems like a waist of time. My question is, why do they have double standards and why do the public have to sit with this type of service. Where is our health services going to? I don't want to get political, but how does gauteng, particular Pretoria's Mayor spend their budgets. on what? Definately not to the public.</p>
