Amazing customer service
I recently had to repair the turbo boost on my Volvo XC70 and had never used Swede Speed before. From the very first message through to collecting my vehicle, the entire experience was excellent. My repair was handled by Freda Sepkitt. I later learned that she had only recently joined the company, but from day one she made me feel completely comfortable. She handled everything with such confidence and professionalism that I genuinely thought she had been with the company for years. I will definetely come back

Amazing customer service

Review for Swedespeed (Montego Gardens, Cape Town)
I’d like to add that my initial impression of Swedespeed was not positive, particularly due to my interactions with a staff member named Allan. While I have always appreciated Volvo cars for their quality, I found Allan to be subtly aggressive, which made my experience uncomfortable. This is just my personal impression, and I understand that others may have different experiences. If someone is happy with their service there, I respect that. However, I have had several unpleasant encounters, especially considering that I travel from Langebaan to Montego Gardens just to have my car serviced. I’ve spent a significant amount of money there, yet the service has been lacking. On one occasion, they even returned my car to me dirty, without any cleaning, and when I raised the issue, I was met with an unhelpful and aggressive attitude, as if I were making unreasonable demands. Moreover, they charged me for services that were not completed. For example, I wanted to code a key for my Volvo V50, as I only had one key when I purchased the car. I bought a blank key and had it cut beforehand. They assured me they could program the remote, but after charging me 1,800 Rand, they failed to do so. I felt it was unacceptable to be charged for work that was not completed, especially since they left my car dirty with greasy fingerprints inside. I take pride in keeping my car clean, regardless of its age, and I expect the same level of respect for my vehicle. It seems that Swedespeed does not share this appreciation for well-maintained cars, nor do they seem to value their customers equally. If they have enough clients and continue to thrive, I wish them the best, but I certainly will not be among them anymore. It’s clear they do not prioritize retaining me as a customer, and that speaks volumes about their service.

Volvo repair has one place in cape town it's swede speed
Brilliant, highly recommended. My permanent future car repair and maintenance workshop. All aspects perfect, not rushed, spacious clean professional.. Saved me money and did a fast and perfect repair.

Volvo repair has one place in cape town it's swede speed
Brilliant, highly recommended. My permanent future car repair and maintenance workshop. All aspects perfect, not rushed, spacious clean professional.. Saved me money and did a fast and perfect repair.

Bad customer service
The worst customer service, my car had more problems than when I took it in. Allen was passive aggressive and did not want to listen to my complaints.

Excellent Service!
Swedespeed Auto I am very impressed with the work they do. I am not a mechanic nor expert in cars but some car's faults can be easily felt when you drive. Thanks to technology even the car itself reports such errors to warn you as a motorist. Swedespeed Auto guys knows what they do. They guide and advise. They diagnose your car to get to the bottom of the problem and fix it. Their honesty , transparency and profesionalism guarantees that they protect their company's reputation and image, they value their business integrity to its customers. I would recommend Swedespeed Auto to ALL Volvo owners . If you need a peace of mind use these guys . You car is in SAFE HANDS. Thanks to Mr Allan and his team, you are amazing guys!
