Shaun has vast experience in the repair of vehicle locks. He was able to fix my Golf 5 ignition lock which would otherwise have cost me more than a pretty penny. I would have given these three day dead rotten coelacanths a 0 if I was able to. try to terminate their services and you will find it is absolutely impossible. i am now trying longer than a day and have not progressed a millimeter. And you will also discover that that "free router worth a million rand" that they advertise when you join them, never was free, but only free whilst using their services.! With termination of their services, you have to return the router in it's original packaging!!!! who keeps the box and all it's ****py content for 4 years whilst the router was advertised as free and, in fact, when compared with other companies, the agents from Webafrica reminds you that the other companies' services are cheaper as they do not supply a free router! Webafrica absolutely disgusts me to the point of throwing up.
I have tried to absolutely no avail communicate with this courier company to courier a book from Cape Town to the UK. They enquired as to the value of the parcel and that was the end of communication from their side. I am thankful that I did not courier my parcel with them as they very obvously cannot perfom the job if they can’t even book a parcel for delivery. Thank you Nathi Moyo for your pathetic service warning me not to use your courier service…
Trust RAM not to keep to their promises. RAM never fails to not deliver when they say so. After waiting at home ythe whole day for a parcel to be delivered and cancelling all appointments to be at home when tey arrive, they end the day with their usual comment: Parcel undelievrable. I have in the past asked that the vendor do not use RAM, but, alas, they have once again. I will never understand how this company, with it’s consistent pathetiic service, remain in service. Pkease SA Torch, remove them as an option for delivery.
I’ve been dealing with these guys in the replacement of my JBL earpods. I can just say that these people are the sharpest pencils in the packet! Answered my emails within one or two hours and always resolving my problems. Friendly and efficient. The ANC should source Nelson Pillay as the replacement for Cyril and their next perceived blessing for the nation, Ace Moegoe-shule. But Nelson has integrity. Thank you Nelson, Ron and all the other peeples that I dealt with. You have rendered me the best after sales service that I have ever experienced from any company!
We ordered food at 6pm through these *****s from Plattekloof SIMPLY ASIA. We phoned the restaurant at at eight as we did not receive the food yet. The restaurant ensured us that it will be picked up in five minutes. Ten past we phoned MrD and they informed us that the order was cancelled as Simply Asia did not have the ingredients. Nobody informed us. So, at eight o clock when all restaurants closed for delivery, we had no food. Great! We will NEVER make use of Mr Delivery. The woman I spoke to hung up the phone on me as well. She is an uneducated snoek that does not belong on a phone line to serve customers. Simply Asia Plattekloof also needs to be mentioned. I will never make use of them. They ensured us that the food would be ready in five minutes for collection. They blatantly lied.
This company has only one thing going for them: the fact that they are the only supplier of Samsung parts in Cape Town, which forces one to make use of their service if you need any Samsung services. They NEVER answer their phones and don’t stick to their promises. The only way can maybe get hold of them is by email, and that takes a few days for them to respond. I wish that Samsung would revise their support of Liptronics.
