Special thanks to Ryan and Cathy, they both followed up on my Claim and sorted it asap, meanwhile i was the wally as it was sent to a different email of ours that is rarely checked! Thank you for you quick response and calls, but mostly your patience!

Don’t advertise if you cannot provide
Rubbish, been uploading my slips monthly, all seems well, my pet had an accident went to the vet, I submitted the stuff to them and 3 weeks or more and nothing, i cannot get hold of them nothing!

Free pet accident insurance? 100%.
Recently started using Ultra pet food for 2 reasons, dogs needed a change in food and for their pet accident cover. Was initially skeptical of the insurance cover, there is always a catch. 2 months in and 1 of my dogs had an accident at home, Vet bill almost R3000.00. Submitted it with the claim form and refund was processed, less excess of R200, no questions asked. Well done guys. Very pleasantly surprised.

ULTRASURE/ULTRACAT DONT CARE ABOUT OUR PETS. THEY JUST WANT SALES.
I purchase Ultra Cat pet food for my cat Missy. Ultra Cat offers pet insurance with Ultrasure. I recently submitted a claim to Ultrasure which they have rejected because I did not upload the proof of purchases to qualify for the cover. I sent Ultrasure proof of purchase since 2020 which they have rejected. Missy had to go for surgery and is currently recovering with multiple stitches to her body. Ultrasure refused to pay her claim due to correct procedures not being followed by me. Is procedures more important than my cat's health? Have a heart.

I have been purchasing Ultracat pet food and was advised that we get pet insurance via Petsure. My cat, Missy, recently had an open wound and needed surgery. Petsure rejected the claim and stated that we have not been uploading the proof of purchase on their website, even after I have submitted proof of purchase since 2020. Clearly Petsure does not care about my cat only about the sales with false promise of insurance.
