I am never setting foot here! I would suggest you also don’t! My mother went for lunch, the food was mediocre, and the coffee was cold. But that’s not even the worst part. They tried to ***** her car! They have camera footage overlooking the car, yet they refuse to give us access to have a look! This has to be an inside job. The ***** had plenty of time to carefully remove the dashboard and ripping out wires, how did no one hear the alarm or notice what was happening? I can bet it’ll be mysteriously deleted by the time the cops come on Monday, if not overwritten!! This is unbelievably poor management! If any of my clients had to deal with something like this and were stuck out in the freezing cold, I would at least offer them a warm cup of coffee and do everything to support them—not just stand around being useless and unsupportive

New to Shipping to South Africa please be aware before you buy The Slide is a very poor buy, not worth the money, it a cheap put together, my unit broke within the first day, I asked for a refund and they said no, it's my fault it broke, I must send it back on my own costs and they will fix it for free! so much for 14 days free return! the one slide does not work, Support had a 1-hour call with me and they could not get it to work, the one side bracket broke, within a day, apparently, i was forceful, if you look at the build when you pull out the slides the 2 brackets take all the strain, when you pull it out or push in, nothing else supports these brackets, they sent me new brackets, but this was not an easy fix as something inside the slide allows it not to come out with ease, and with one bracket broken you are putting alot of strain on the other bracket, after opening the Slides middle part, there were pieces of melted plastic on the track the slide slides on, that caused the slide not to slide open easily and this seems to have caused the bracket to brake in the first place, as it got stuck with this plastic pieces, the plastic comes from poor manufacturing, not sure what they where doing but looks like trying to smooth out something, while Slides middle part was open I did a further investigation on why the other slide was not working and its cable that goes from the slide to the board that powers it (not the USB-C cable, the cable inside the unit. seems to have been pinched by the Slide cover itself, 3 black wires are broken and this is why its not working... with no colors on these 3 wires they all are black, i will not be risking in putting them together as i am unsure which goes where, as they all the same color... i asked where i can buy a cable like this as clearly these people will not refund, after 2 weeks they still have not bothered in giving me a proper answer
Had a call on i think 07 March 2023 from Vodacom sale (+27 (21) 818-4579)… The sales person said i have been so long with Vodacom and loyal customer he can get me a nice deal… So great i listened… He said i can upgrade my data package, i can get a device with it and i said i dont want a device as it still works and he said but just for a little extra you can get a new modem, just keep it for a backup, so i said fine… Then he started with our mobile contracts, you can upgrade your wifes with no extra cost, and yours for just a little extra, so i did one for my wife and one for me and he said they are in stock as he checked… great so go ahead, the next day i get a sms saying its on hold due to stock… great now i am annoyed… Today 13 March 2023 i call Vodacom to hear where the stuff is, no its still on back order but its only 1 device? Where is the rest of the stuff? nothing else was ordered? Now im really annoyed! If this is how you treat long and loyal customers i dont want to be part of it really

On 31 August 2022 I got a missed call from Makro and an SMS, I can come and fetch the product, After being harassed with multiple calls to come and fetch my so-called fixed inverter, the last person I spoke to said they cannot deliver it, even though they fetched it… but today I made a plan and I went to go and fetch it… I got home and I plugged it in and guess what… nothing happened the thing is still not fixed. It is dead, no power! nothing!!! Why the hell do you call me and tell me to come and fetch something that is not fixed… not once but twice!! I have no more words for this place! I am beyond words! And I cannot go back as by the time I got there they will be closed so once again I must make a plan to get there to drop off this broken thing and fetch it again whenever it is fixed!!!
booked my Inverter Mecer in on 21 May 2022, as it kept tripping my power, receved it on 18 June 2022... did not get time to switch it on yet, and my battries are still full, so did not need it, wanted to charge my battries today, plugged the inverter in and swithced it on and.... NOTHING! the thing is dead! does not even go on ! atleast it doesnt trip the power! so no repairs was done! its still broken
Despicable Service!!! Never have I ever had such poor service! Trying to open an account that takes more than a week! Wow pathetic! And i must call and email multiple times to hear what is going on? And then not getting answers the question just simply gets ignored
FNB should pull up their socks! Yesterday was the straw! I asked for my private banker to give me a call he did not, instead he asked someone else to call me and assist me, this person did not listen to what i want to do, being a private client you should listen what else is private banker there for? I will be looking for a bank that looks after my needs first and listens
I am very disappointed with discovery gapcover! I am actually so annoyed i just want to move all my stuff to another provider! On 2 December 2021 i called and asked to cancel my gap cover due to the fact i am paying double as i started a new job, my discovery goes through my work now I noticed a debit order INSGAPREM for R294.00 I looked deeper into it and I noticed i am still paying gapcover even though my new job took over my discover, so i am paying through my work a portion and i am being debited another R294.00 each month, on the call of the 2nd they said they will call me back as the guy who can handle this is on lunch… today 9 December 2021 i call again and explain it all again and the guy said he can cancel it but it will only be fully cancelled on 31 January 2022, this means that i will be paying up to then for nothing and i will be losing all this money
