This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced challenges reaching the Centurion branch for a simple service booking or inquiry. The service consultants are consistently busy, which makes it difficult to get assistance. It may be worth considering additional training for the receptionist to help manage basic service-related queries more efficiently.

I made contact with Audi Century City on 11 December 2024. Spoke to Caleb, who assisted me well and expeditiously. He ordered parts from the factory to be delivered in 3-5 working days. The following day, 12 December 2024, I made payment at the branch, where Mario advised that they'll make contact with me when the parts have arrived and that they'll give me the quote for the labour. I contacted part department a week ago and was told that Mario is busy and would call me back, which never happened. I called again on Wednesday 08 January 2025 and was told Mario is on leave and that someone would call me regarding the quote for the labour. Now, 10 January 2025, I am still waiting on a call from Audi Century City. I called them today, Cindy put me through to Madeleine; I hold on and the call gets dropped. I call back again, Cindy advises me that Madeleine is on another call. I leave my number again; as I've done over the past 2 weeks; hoping that I'd get a call back from them. Absolutely Horrible service!! I've been dealing with Audi dealersips for many years and this is by far the most disgusting customer service I've ever experienced!

I’ve owned different Audi’s since 2009 until today and based on the service I’ve received at Audi Century City, I’ve come to dislike the brand all together. My main problem with Cape Town in general is ****** towards black people. That alone makes Cape Town a bad place to live in as an African individual. Me & my manager where I work, we both own Audis, the service he gets from Audi is all praises and me on the other hand I’m always left speechless. First of all, Audi Century City charges black people more than they do white people. Pure ******. Back in 2021 I phoned in to book for a service and was told that there’s no space and it was around November and I needed to get it done before travelling to the Nothern Cape. With desperation I drove to their Waterfront branch, which was efficient by the way before they merged with N1 City. Met with a friendly gentleman who couldn’t under why I was told there’s no space. He took it upon himself to call the office and just like that I had a spot. I was disgusted in learning that I was told it was full when it wasn’t. I then took my car in sometime in 2022 around November again with no issue, just for a normal service and when I got the car back there was an issue which I reported the following and was told to bring the car in. Upon diagnosis, I was told that one of the coil packs needed to be changed and I refused as there was no issue when I brought the car in and they did not report any malfunction when I went to pick it up. After making noises on the floor, the pack was replaced and I was on my way. I later wrote a letter to the manager expressing my concerns and with no surprise at all, there was no acknowledgment of my email. I was just another ungrateful black busted who should be grateful to be even allowed to own a car. Only white people can complain and be heared, nothing new. I am very disappointed that in this age and time we as black people are still subjected to such nonsense. I am now driving a BMW and happy with the service I’m getting so far from BMW. Audi Century City, treat all your customers with respect without prejudice & ******.

Audi Q5 2019 model sent to the service centre for replacement of the left rear lamp assembly. On collection of the vehicle a long scratch was noted on the front right windshield. A pair of parallel scratches was also noted on the rear windshield well beyond the reach of the wiper blade. Despite numerous requests for repair, taking the vehicle in for assessment and sending photographs as well as escalating to Audi South Africa, the dealership simply declared it was wiper blade damage to the windshield. Of course they blithely ignored the the fact the rear windshield scratch was beyond reach of the wiper! Or that the front scratch ran vertically instead of following the wiper as one would normally see. Be very careful collecting your vehicle and thoroughly inspect it as getting this dealership to accept responsibility is well nigh impossible!

I am really disappointed in the service that I received from Audi Century City. I am a layperson wrt vehicles, but I did send an email to them when the problem was persistent only to be told that they can’t do anything as there’s no message showing on the dashboard that was 13/05/2024. As soon as the message popped up on the dashboard I took pictures and sent an email to Audi Century that this is what is showing on the dashboard. The car was booked in again on 20/05/2024, I received a call in the afternoon from the dealership that they were unable to finish fixing the vehicle they still need to attend to it the following day 21/05/2024, take into consideration that I have to take off from work all those days. I was called to say I can come pick up the vehicle. I drove from Century City with no issues past at via the fuel station to fill up, as I was driving off the message popped out again, I thought maybe the computer still needs to reset. The following day I drove to work with no issues, when I had to knock off the car couldn’t engage in any gear. I contacted Audi Century City again to report the problem I am experiencing with the vehicle that was previously attended to, they failed to diagnose the problem and solve it. They organised a Towing company to come tow the vehicle, and someone to drop me off at my house. I requested a courtesy car to be able to travel to work the following day I was told they have no vehicle though they were aware of my complaint, had the vehicle with them for 2days meaning I had to be off work for 3 days. They failed me as their client by failing to resolve the problem, endangering my life and those of the other road users. In a nutshell I can say they don’t uphold their vision, mission and values. I am disappointed, frustrated and lack words to express how I feel at the moment. Today I received a call from the service advisor I could sense some kind of attitude, explaining the problem and that still needs to fill in some paperwork to request a courtesy car for me. The vehicle in question was a demo car purchased at Somerset West Audi, only had it for one year, 6 months, mileage around 47676. I t

Took my car for service yesterday at AUDI V&A Waterfront (an extension of AUDI Century City), upon collecting my vehicle it came out with a new scratch. I informed the service team including the Principal Dealer. Upon their investigation (done on word of mouth), they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. Treat with care when dealing with them as they will try find all reasons not to take responsibility. I would not recommend any service with them , this is also based on a rushed and not so interested feedback i received from the service consultant yesterday.

I bought an Audi eTron Sportback S new in August 2022 at a list price of R2,662,000.00 at the Audi Audi Centre Century City in Cape Town. Unfortunately the electrics, service and spare parts supply is a complete disaster. The battery cannot be charged in an optimized way and as a result the maximum capacity (maximum range) is continuously reduced. This fault was first reported in July 2023. The car was in the workshop for almost 4 weeks in July/August 2023. The necessary spare part was installed in October 2023. In the long term, the error occurred again and a further attempt was made in February 2023 and currently in March 2023. The workshop cannot give a binding repair date and is only able to provide a Q2 as a loan car after massive pressure. I think every interested party should know that neither the technology is sufficient nor the service from the Audi Center Century City can be recommended. Friends of mine drive electric vehicles from BMW & Mercedes without any complaints. Too bad the design was more important to me and I made the wrong decision.

After a call to find out if Audi can help with service records, since the audi in question does not have one, I was met with an abrupt no because of POPI. It seemed strange as they did not want to help a potential new audi client.
