BMW Pinetown super tech is the most pathetic dealership. The dealer principal avoids confrontations. The service is extremely shoddy . When you raise your complaints the dealer principal sends you a lengthy email advising they are terminating all professional relationships with you as he feels they can't communicate with you. I.had purchased a brand new BMW from the dealership in 2022 and my car had a deep dent. To date I have not gotten any feedback regarding how or when.this had occurred. When my car was sent for various issues to the dealership , my car returned with scratches or returned dirty..when you question these issues this becomes an issue. The marketer has never called to apologize or clarify what has went on. The dealer principal is always in meetings and never returns your emails or calls. When you call the dealership the staff advises the dealer principal is in his office but obviously when the call is transferred he refuses to take the call We spend alot of money on the brand and we expect service delivery and quality customer service which clearly the dealer principal and his team is ***********. This is my third BMW and if this is the attitude of BMW Pinetown , its sad to say people will not want to buy this luxury brand anymore due to people who have no passion for the brand but just work to get a pay check. I have a lovely relationship with a select few staff members of BMW supertech and it's ironic how these staff produce excellent service The issue at BMW Pinetown is that they think they are doing you a favor when you bring your car to that dealership when they actually don't realize they are just employees. We as BMW clients need to voice our experience at dealerships with lazy dealer principal and staff with a bad attitude. They need to be named and shamed until they catch a wakeup. I definitely will not be purchasing any more BMWS in the near future. Rather opt for other luxury brands who gives exceptional service delivery and employ staff who are educated when dealing with professionals

Great service and great cappuccino :) I highly recommend these guys. Delwyn was very helpful and accommodating and even got a follow up message from the mechanic Brendon the after collecting my motorcycle to see how things are and where he can assist. Follow up service was excellent. Not many dealerships left like that. Well done BMW Pinetown Motorrad

Have a brand new 2019 BMW 120 series. Check with BMW to fit a tow bar for my vehicle. After confirmation and receipt of an official quote from their Pinetown branch, they requested that I must pay them first before they can order, which I did R17,003.00. After a week I was contacted by BMW that the part arrived. The vehicle was delivered to them. After 3 day`s I was informed that there is a delay and they await a part number for a smaller silencer from BMW Germany . In the mean time I purchase a bike trailer. After two weeks BMW informed me that the silencer is now discontinued and they will repay my money. Now I sit with a brand new BMW bike and a trailer but I cannot fit a tow bar. Other companies can fit a unit on my vehicle but BMW threaten me that I will then loose my guarantee. The same evening a sales person from BMW phone and enquire if I want to buy a new car based on what happened. What to do now? .

On the week of the 24th I assisted my boss take his BMW X5 to the mentioned dealership for service it was then picked up same day.The next day one of the fog lights blew my boss then told me to make arrangements with the dealership to have it fixed. I then went on the 27 July 2020 around 7am and was told that Santosh was the service advisor who dealt with it unfortunately he was not in by the time I left. I then contacted him on the same day around 09h45 . He explained that the vehicle is not on any plan so it'll have to be booked for.I further informed him to contact the owner Mr Mbhele and explain because he's under impression that he paid a lot for service and getting a globe changed will be showing good customer care and he was willing to pay for the globe as well. I was disappointed when I got a call from my boss querying about the fog light I then realized that Santosh did not contact him. I was kinda expected him not to call because I could tell by the tone of his voice that he was not interested in contacting someone of color who cannot even afford a new car. This attitude portrayed supertech BMW in a very negative way I wouldn't personally like to have any dealings with them.
