What a waste of time and money My family and I went to Bossa in Nigel on Sunday 16 November to have waffles and ice-cream coz Bossa Secunda has the best waffles and ice-cream I am so sad to say that this was my first time at this restaurant and also the last time ever. The waiter we had looked like she didn't want to help us. We ordered mega cappuccino's and what came looked like small cappuccino's my finger couldn't even fit in the ear of the cup. Our table was dirty and sticky we had to clean it ourselves with a wetwipe and there was a hair on the table,there was also just 1 set of cutlery which was probably still there from the previous people. The cutlery she brought for our table had marks that I had to clean with the napkin. We ordered the Nutella and mixed berries waffles with ice-cream.When the waiter brought the waffles she didn't clear our table by taking our empty mini cups.The berries was frozen you could still se the ice on it(and this is not mentioned on the menu) the ice-cream wasn't even the same color on the waffles The waffles taste was awful it's like they were also frozen and then they just put them in a toaster when customers order it to make it look like they are made fresh. There wasn't even really Nutella on the waffles.Neither my husband or I even finished the one waffle coz we couldn't bare the taste of it or even the image,I sc****d my FROZEN berries of and put it on the side of the plate and as it started to melt there was water in my plate and it started to look like jam.We also ordered cokes and the waiter brought glasses for the drinks and she heard me say I'm too scared to drink out of the glasses coz I don't think they would be clean and she didn't even say anything or ask of there's a problem or even asked the manager to check on us. Later another lady came to our table to check on us of which we thought was the manager but when we started to complain she asked if she could call the manager. The manager came to our table with this massive attitude told us the berries is frozen but wasn't supposed to still be frozen on the waffles(not sure how they defrost them so quick without turning it into jam) she will take it to the kitchen and ask them what happened. We immediately asked for the bill they brought the bill in a glass full of marks and dust it looked as if the glass was brown. I would never ever go back to that place

SUPER BAD SERVICE AT BOSSA GOODTIMES! We went to Bossa Canal Walk for dinner on Sunday night, came there with nobody in front to take us to our table, after a few minutes we went in and took the first open table we saw (keep in mind the restaurant wasn't busy at all). We then sat down and our waitress gave us some menus and we ordered drinks. After the drinks arrived we ordered our food. THREE BURGER MEALS. We sat and sat and sat and for almost a full hour our waiter never came to our table. We eventually found our waiter and asked where our food was - she then went to check in the kitchen and came back and said that they are busy plating our food. Fast forward to another 20 minutes we still didn't receive our food? How does "plating the food" take 20 minutes for burger and chips? We then said we are cancelling our food and want to pay for the cooldrink that we've ordered. The waitress had to call the manager to print out the slip? How is this even possible? SUPER SUPER DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE AND WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND CANAL WALK BOSSA TO ANYONE.

Bossa buhrein denied access at 11pm at night. Where the internet says 2 am the next morning. I have photos of the guy who denied access. If this continues. I will keep giving bossa a 1 star rating. This is and was unacceptable, because of the time. Thank you bossa nova buhrein, kraaifontein

My wife and I visited Bossa Nelspruit for breakfast this morning. We sat down and ordered both omelets at 10h30. We waited a long time and eventually received our food at 11h10. While we were waiting the waitress did not come and inform us when we can expect our food to arrive. The quality of the food was terrible. The omelets were over cooked and tasted like rubber. It were the worst tasting omelets we ever had at a restaurant. We were so disappointed. Dennis van Zyl.

On Tuesday evening, 16th of August, my family and I dined at Bossa Buh-Rein and received impeccable service by Sam, our waiter for the evening. He displayed outstanding customer service and hostmanship. From the moment we arrived to the end of our evening at Bossa Buh-Rein, Sam has been extremely understanding, friendly, helpful and energetic. This is purest definition of satisfactory customer service. I have visited many different franchises before and Sam's level of expertise and service is absolutely unsurpassable.

On Tuesday evening, 16th of August, my family and I dined at Bossa Buh-Rein and received impeccable service by Sam, our waiter for the evening. We went for the burger special last night @ Paarl Bossa. Complaint was written on the slip so here it is again: Tables not wiped. When wiped its with a cloth only no sanitizer sprayed on tables. Menus dirty and sticky. Black peper grinder broken, whne I used it it cracked and cut my skin. No apology when we went in and told them and asked for a new grinder. Salt shaker has old dried ketchup on - not cleaned. Chilli bottles dirty - not wiped clean. Condiment stand dirty. Chip basket cracked and chipped all around. Asked for bill 3 times. When we finally got it, no one assisted with payment where we had to get up walk inside where again no one assisted. So we paid and left bill with money on counter (staff was visible just no one decided to assist). No social distancing enforced outside. Children running between tables with no face masks on. We do come to Bossa allot so know how the food has to be. If there's 3 onion rings on a plate everytime why did one Plat get one and the smallest one with 90% dough. Just a simple example. I do realize that it's hard times we all find ourselves in, but this should not affect service delivery as I, myself, work in hospitality.

Bossa Nova Buh-rein!!!!!!!!! I wrote a review on there facebook page on 14 February 2020. I got a reply back on the 16 February asking me to send my details. I replied. I got another reply on 24 February to explain my situation. I did and no one has the audacity to come back to me. What must i do now? I think i have left it long enough and no has come back to me.

I went to bossa in burgundy on two occasions. The first time I thought it might be my imagination, so I went a second time which now confirmed my first encounter with this place. Its racist. Its bad. Terrible. For a coloured woman its appalling that you get the stares as if your dont belong. It's disgusting
