What a waste of time and money My family and I went to Bossa in Nigel on Sunday 16 November to have waffles and ice-cream coz Bossa Secunda has the best waffles and ice-cream I am so sad to say that this was my first time at this restaurant and also the last time ever. The waiter we had looked like she didn't want to help us. We ordered mega cappuccino's and what came looked like small cappuccino's my finger couldn't even fit in the ear of the cup. Our table was dirty and sticky we had to clean it ourselves with a wetwipe and there was a hair on the table,there was also just 1 set of cutlery which was probably still there from the previous people. The cutlery she brought for our table had marks that I had to clean with the napkin. We ordered the Nutella and mixed berries waffles with ice-cream.When the waiter brought the waffles she didn't clear our table by taking our empty mini cups.The berries was frozen you could still se the ice on it(and this is not mentioned on the menu) the ice-cream wasn't even the same color on the waffles The waffles taste was awful it's like they were also frozen and then they just put them in a toaster when customers order it to make it look like they are made fresh. There wasn't even really Nutella on the waffles.Neither my husband or I even finished the one waffle coz we couldn't bare the taste of it or even the image,I sc****d my FROZEN berries of and put it on the side of the plate and as it started to melt there was water in my plate and it started to look like jam.We also ordered cokes and the waiter brought glasses for the drinks and she heard me say I'm too scared to drink out of the glasses coz I don't think they would be clean and she didn't even say anything or ask of there's a problem or even asked the manager to check on us. Later another lady came to our table to check on us of which we thought was the manager but when we started to complain she asked if she could call the manager. The manager came to our table with this massive attitude told us the berries is frozen but wasn't supposed to still be frozen on the waffles(not sure how they defrost them so quick without turning it into jam) she will take it to the kitchen and ask them what happened. We immediately asked for the bill they brought the bill in a glass full of marks and dust it looked as if the glass was brown. I would never ever go back to that place
I can't believe I HAVE to rate them I placed an order on Mr D app and not all my food were in my paper bag, I phoned the store and they told me I need to go to the store. There is a reason I ordered for delivery. I am stuck at work till late and now they want me to go to the store... BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with the same store I placed an order 25 January 2023 @19h05 it's now 26 January 2023 @01h02 and I still haven't received my pizza or a phone call for just some. No contact whatsoever and no food whatsoever
I ordered my foon 13h05 on the Mr D app The driver phoned me like 4 times telling me she got lost how on earth do you get a job as a delivery person and you get lost after I gave you the exact directions over the phone 2 times already... and then to make it all even worse there was no cutlery or butter in my bag with my food I phoned 14h29 the the number for the secunda branch that's provided on Google and the lady I spoke to said she will get back to me Again I phoned 14h56 to follow up coz till now I could not eat my food of which it is ice cold already and still haven't received the butter for my roll the time now is 16h03 and I haven't received anything. Can't believe I have to give them a star as they don't deserve anything I bought an electricity token in October 2022 of which it's not working I've been struggling to get this fixed or to get my money back but they refuse to refund me they say it's not their problem. The owner is a rude old guy and has no idea how to treat a customer. They only put up a notice on 1 November that they can't sell electricity at the moment. I've been trying to get this token fixed or to get my money back but they just refuse to help me so in actual fact they stole my money and they don't care at all.
I bought electricity on my bank app and also from pick n pay store in secunda. Neither of the codes are working. I went to the secunda mall branch for assistance the guy at the door "assisted" me right there by telling me I need to contact a number(of which he gave me) via whatsapp or phone call, I've been trying to contact that number via calls and whatsapp but nothing is working... fed up with this. I need this to be sorted why are 2 electricity tokens from 2 different places not working. What must I do to fix or get my money back?
I went to the drive through and ordered fries with mcshaker and junior cheese burgers and nuggets. I got home and they never put my mcshaker in my bag. When I got home I phoned then and they told me I must go back to the store of which I can't just go up and down and who's gonna pay for me to go back so they can rectify their mistake... worst service ever. They won't see me again!
Look I'm getting soooo frustrated now.... This product is giving me HELL I ligged a return on my first MI stick coz the remote stopped working now I have to book a 2nd replacement coz of the stick that keeps restarting the same issue in a weeks time 2 different products... I mean really.... The first one was working just the remote was faulty! I'm getting fed up now to keep on logging a return for a brand new product Fix this issue! 071-427-7404
Debonairs is disappointing me more and more I ordered 16:19 it's 17:34 and I still have not received my order or a call from the store this is the second time I've had an issue with the secunda outlet and all they say everytime is sorry Sorry is gonna make me not pay for my food at all! I only received my order 17:44 Sort this out!
Seeing that takealot and Mr delivery is connected and takealot is not listed on Hello Peter... I'm giving 1 star coz I am obligated to give a star this is the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced with takealot I ordered a class screen protector for my phone and they've sent the wrong product I logged a return after a week of waiting for them to pick up the product and then I had to wait a week again for them to process the exchange and wait again for the replacement and that was wrong again! I had to log another return for a replacement and they picked that product up before Christmas I never heard anything and now I had to send an email to get answers now they are telling me the supplier doesn't have stick but I ordered from them so they need to replace it who is gonna replace my phone if the screen breaks? Clearly not this **** company!!!
