We went to the McDonald's restaurant at Mall at Carnival this afternoon and once we were in the restaurant placing our order our 11 year old daughter went straight to the play area. While we were still ordering one of the crew member/ waitress came to me to complain that my daughter was too fat to play around in the play area and that she would make the other kids fall. This brought my daughter to tears as I turned and saw she was told to leave the play area or escorted out. We then felt obligated to change our order to a takeaway to try calm our child down. I am heartbroken that my innocent child was subjected to being ostracized by an adult and body shamed in this way. Very disappointed in the treatment of my child. While we waited for our order to be packed I went to sit with her in the play area and there was 1 little boy sitting at the kiddies table. There were no other children playing there.

my first receipt number ref is 9R7V6VHL7HZP at 1617hrs on 3Mar'23 I ordered 2 Mclplant meals medium and one deal of 4.20 (Mcplant sandwich and fries).charged is amount 22.75e. Have a look kindly and tell me how come a price of above is 22.75e? i see now that my order was put as seperate items rather than in a meal.. where i ordered meals. She asked me to wait in yellow box for order after reconfirmation with myself (i requested reconfirmation). When I received the order one Mcplant and one fries were missing. I requested delivery staff that 1 Mcplant and one fries were missing. No receipt was given. Instead the Manager John H came out very aggressively (either drunk or drugged looking)and started arguing with me waving the receipt that I paid for 2 meals only and i should just go. I requeted him that i dont have receipt but even without receipt can he advise me how just 2 medium meals on price of 8.60e each can come to 22.75 that i paid. John "told" me that he is "the manager" and no staff can say more than what he is said to me.I requested that may we kindly ask the order taking lady . John H said that he is not interested and he doesn't know that "how much is one meal" so he cannot tell me anything other than I should take my duplicate receipt and go. I went inside and spoke to the lady who was at counter for order and she affirmed that I ordered as I mentioned, afterwards a new manager came and asked if everything is okay from staff, he had my receipt and was trying to ask me what happened when John H came and said that I should not stay here as I am harassing the staff and I should leave the restaurant. He aslo told me to complain if I want...and he wrote 07077@ie.mcd.com with Steve name on it and gave that to me. This is very clearly Racist and differentiating behaviour with ultimate rudeness acting like a Cult leader . John was looking very Intoxicated with intimidation and threats to me constantly I went to the drive way again and ordered Mcplant and paid.i also asked the lady that when I ordered previously they gave me a fries but said that i dodnt order and i received so instead of myself claiming for Mcplant and making an issue..since I was given fries so its only fair for me that I should be charged for that and she without saying or asking anything charged 2.60e and said ok. (very different/strange dealing, i would request to see video of your politeness please) I received my order next window but it was very apparent that almost all staff ware either in shock or in fear of something at that time. John asked me to leave McDonalds when lot of people were around without anything rather accusing me of Staff harrassment and made me feel humiliated amongst the people wrongly. That's an experience which will have me disconnect from McDonalds forever. #Sligo McDonald #John H Manager Sligo McDonald.. i am happy to be contacted if John H denies anything, i may have dash cam footage from my car. I would request you to listen to order conversation and other conversations with staff from your camers as the details are quite a bit and i am trying to keep it short. May I request footage from yourselves kindly for the drive through and inside from 1605 to 1700hrs please. if that can be emailed kindly or if there is a procedure, please let me know. For McDonald branch owner: This branch was having very rude staff over the years unfortunetely but now they have audacity to accuse , defame, humiliate people openly, that is something you need to see for yourself kindly. Mr John seems to be on "something" and it will not take a while before this store stories wil be in the local paper.

Very bad service I received and its for the second time inwent to Mc donald Veereniging and told storied when they were supposed to help me with redeeming the voucher they alwys come with the story that their machine is not working right after redeeming the voucher and tell you theres nothing they can do today i was helped by two ladies with baddest attitude ever by the name of Khethiwe at 11h36

I placed an order at 12pm on the 14 May 2020 for delivery at 5:15pm the same afternoon. My order has not arrived on time nor was it delivered to me. I tried calling the store and call centre but there was no answer to both. I'm a Muslim and I was fasting the whole day and did not prepare supper thinking that my food will be here on time but that did not happen. I'm disgusted with the service at this store and I want my refund back from the store. The McDonald's app says my order was delivered when it was not and I have not received it.

Hi was in McDonald's Diepkloof square on Sunday the 2nd February to get me and my girlfriend mcflurry's we met the lady Kwazi as she assisted with no greeting and no smile, the ice cream took over 15 minutes for us to get it as we received the our order we were charged an extra ice cream and as I informed the gentleman who called us for our order we addressed the matter that the order was suppose to be 2 not three the Lady Khwazi she didn't apologise she just asked us if we have R2,50 so she can give us the refund with no apologies whatsoever I believe McDonald's carries a big name for them to have such a person who will give me an appalling attitude the level of customer service for me doesn't even deserve the one start I was so annoyed she didn't even take the extra ice cream I had to leave it back on their cash rest am honestly not happy about the service and that Khwazi girl I honestly feel like you guys can do better please provide me with feedback

<p>This is a business in severe need of management, these businesses are usually effectively managed and are efficient. This one functions at a level far below standards in South Africa or around the world. While speaking to me at the drive through he's taking other orders through his headset. He stops paying attention to me yet I am the cashier point in their pathetic drive through. Yet my order is not taken or put through after two minutes with the cashier. Pathetic....pathetic.... pathetic service. Well you didn't get my business and won't be ever!!!!</p>

<p>I literally love Mcdonalds but the quality of the service is pathetic... It's dropping day by day not only can they never get your order right... They basically don't even Care that they got it wrong.... I went to ormonde Mcdonalds and the service was terrible... I asked for hot sauce in my big Mac and specified twice and it still came in the container... When we called the guy back he ddnt even have the decency to say sorry.. He just starred at us as if we were talking ****... He took back the burger without apologising still and brought it back with the worst attitude.... Apparently his the second assistant.... He has no people s****s... It's not even as if we were raging at him... But he just had a don't care attitude... My problem is that yours service is pathetic... Please hire new staff </p>
