I bought an Iphone13 on the 8thMarch 2025 ,on the 6thApril it couldnt recognise my face i then took it back to Istore Eastgate where i bought it the inspected it and said FaceId sensor has a problem they booking it in. So now my question is am i gonna get the repaired phone after carefully using my brand new phone for less than 8weeks ?? I asked what causes the sensor to break the Technician had no answer to that he just told me they will tel me when its back from Repairs The reason i bought a BRAND NEW PHONE is because my phone was broken that ive been using for3years and i HATE using a phone that has been openned and fixed .little did i know i will buy a brand new IPhone and only use it for less than 2MONTHS then it become Defective and ve told they will fix and give back to me the very same device . My phone has no scratch or dent to show to show it was well taken care of it did not even fall cause i was really gonna understand veing given a fixed phone if it was my Negligent as im told my phone is taken to technician how is sensor failure my problem that i should get a phone that has been opened and fixed by "BEST TECHNICIANS SO I WAS TOLD "? if ever i wanted a 2nd hand phone i was gonna buy pre owned that i have no informtion about it being fixed before or whatever ....i left my phone heartbrokenly the thought of having to use a fixed phone make me even HATE IPhone i really regret taking my money buying an EXPENSIVE DEVICE hoping ill also get same standard as the value😡😡😡😡
What an awful and disrespectful manner from tje staff member and his manager after being called to be told of how one of her staff has been rude to us ,they have thier own rules that they have every right to choose which pieces we gonna take regardless of knowing why they didn't even care all they wanted us to know was this is their rule after 8pm customers are not alloed to choose and "Their customers know"which left us wondering what are we considered as .staff by the name of Tibatso the manager Nokuthula
McDonald's Germiston Golden walk, bought a McFeast only to find out when i git to work that i was given BigMac Roll ,nothing ws said to me to me aware that im paying for McFeast but they will use BicMac roll had to find that out when i got to work 🤬🤬
Palesa from Steers Chris hani we got to the store at exactly 19h20 and worse called the store before coming we were told they closing because electricity might go off, and not just that but gave us hell of service shouting at us in front of customers telling us how she can choose not to take our order as she's the Manager at Chris hani ,instead of giving us service she decided to continue waste our time counting coins in front of us and giving filthy attitude. 🤬😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Went to Kfc katlehong crossing had a hassle with speedpoint due to network and the lady that was assisting was so ready to dismiss me but Thabang came through and tried all his best to get us help thought it was beyond his control but the service he gave was very good .✋️😀
So amazed by warmth welcome from cashier by the name of Samu at Galito's Katlehong crossing, 1st time visiting the restaurant and will definitely be coming back just because of her excellent service 😁🥰💯
Worse customer service and worse chicken ever
I was helped by a very rude cashier by the name of Sonto Khanye at Shoprite sontonga mall, the customer before me paid cash nd i saw her counting R500 right in front of me after scanning what i was buyung i asked forR400 cash back she rudely ans**** me and said she doesn't have it she only has R200, i even asked her is she not allowed to give me the one i just saw her counting he said she reserved for someone. I then waited on the side luckily the lady behind me was paying cash asked for R200 from the cashier, i dont know which button she kept on pressing as my transaction said declined when i asked yo see the reason for decline as i know the card has money and my pin was correct she told me to come and see for my self on the screen. I then asked for aslip to see it was writted VOID TENDER PURCHASE. im really angry at the service i got at Shoprite sontonga worse being made a fool of and told my withdrawal os declining
Went to u save at Zonkizizwe for withdrawal money transfer and we were kept waiting for almost an hour the lady who was supposed to help us went to bathroom and came back chat with her colleague offered to go and order bunnychow for her colleague in front of us nd not caring that she kept customers waiting she went and ordered came back and took her time to call us when she did i went there with my brother we had to give her the bame of the person who sent us money while i wqs calling the sender she rudely told me to go outside and come back after i have the name forgetting that we waited for her with no one communicating to us why aren't we being help.dont know whether that's how customer service is from U save zonkizizwe cashier11 by the name of Faith
