Oh my goodness the handbags are to die for. They have the most amazing gifts at a very reasonable price. And the staff is very helpful and friendly.

This store carries authentic goods at affordable prices. They were having a 40% off sale today. The assistants were all cheerful and helpful. They kept reminding people that all goods they are buying will get a further 40% off. I made an armful of purchases at unbelievable prices and at the same time got great service! Hurry there if you want some great bargains. The branch I visited is in Galleria.

I've been working for this company for 10 months now and never have i received a pay slip and in December we were underpaid and this month again.I have never worked with a company that treats stuff unfair like this.The level of work professionalism is zero,They do not know how to even develop staff but to over work and use them.I am writing this review now,not being unable to even have money for transport to go and work.These people are selfish beings

i went to cresta mall,Miniso on the 29th August at 3:46,bought items worth R 279.60 the cashier punched in my total incorrectly she punched in R 2799.60 and i also only realized after i had entered my pin,immediately when i realized the 'Mistake' i informed her and she said we can do a refund then she asked for my pin again and said the amount should be reversed ,i stayed calmed caused i realized it was an honest mistake. the following day i had to go back to the store cause the amount had not been reversed ,i had to leave my work and drive for 1 hour ,i got to the store at 2:39 ,informed the cashier that my money is still not back in my account ,i was informed that i should wait 24-48 hours i asked for a number that i could call cause i can not afford to be driving up and down ,they gave me the 'Managers' ,that so called manager(Ntombi) does not answer her phone ,does not respond to calls ,i have been calling her all weekend and i'm still calling even now and still no response . i have been patient enough but it's clearly not doing anything for me!! i am beyond ****ed off.

I have had my second bad experience with returns at Miniso. 1. I received a gift and thus had no till slip. They refused to exchange or offer a gift card in exchange for the goods. 2. I misplaced my till slip and wanted to return marked and sealed items. They refused to refund me, exchange the items or give me a gift card. Citing that it was their store policy to only do exchanges or returns with a till slip. When I asked if they could retrieve the till slip from 2 days prior from the system, they denied being able to do this. I also requested the number for head office and they refused to provide it. I will never shop at Miniso again. Not only can you not return gift items, you cannot return items that were purchased. Be warned that if you don't have a till slip, you're stuck with your stuff

I bought an umbrella at Miniso Menlyn and within a month it had a mechanical fault where the handle has broken, I went and spoke to the store manager Pule, who was rude upon approach insisting on telling about policy instead of helping to sort out my query, he kept being rude and dismissing my claim of a my broken umbrella, he kept implying that I had purposefully broken the umbrella and also insinuating that I shouldn't have expected much from your branded umbrella, I told him i paid R90 for an umbrella and left other stores around cuz I trusted the brand now I am met with a vile store manager who is ****y and on some high pedestal and no help to me at all! It's a pity you have such brand ambassadors who tarnish your brand, I had fallen for Miniso and it's brand but if this the quality we will be provided and then slapped with the return policy then have to play Q&A regarding how my umbrella broke is not the kind of service I expected! Pule is the most unprofessional and rude person iv ever met and I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied with this process and it seems that Miniso has no clue about the CPA and customer satisfaction, what Pule basically said is that I can't use the Miniso umbrella if it's raining and it's windy.. so why did I buy that Umbrella? I have also reached out to their Head office who has been of no assistance it's been 6 days since I lodged the complaint and I have nothing back from them.. To think Miniso Menlyn is based in such a competitive mall with lots of stores I could have opted for I went straight for the, but I was met with a slap on the face and no assistance! We are in a rainy season and I am left without an umbrella and with no resolution to this matter.

I purchased a few gifts at Miniso at the Norwood Mall in Johannesburg and I was so impressed. The store is clean and the products beautifully displayed and the staff is very helpful and know their products. Their prices are very reasonable too. I am looking forward to visiting Miniso at Norwood Mall again soon.

<p>I went to Miniso store at Maponya Mall this morning (31 July 2017) when i got there around 09H15 i found the stores door closed i asked the security who was inside the store if they were closed he opened the door and said they were open whilst doing shopping the security guard comes back to me saying sis they are saying they are not open and i asked what time do you normally open he says 09:00 i then asked who said you were not open, poor man he then pointed me to one rude sales assistance who when i asked when they do open the store he said 10:00 i said but the security said you open at 09:00 he said no 10:00 with an attitude and went on to say that i came in when the door is closed.</p> <p> I said its not like i came in without consent then an argument insuide and i said you cannot argue with a customer as i was going out i then said you have an attitude and came up to me as though he wanted to fight and other staff members started talking with him to come him down.</p> <p>I think in his way of thinking he didnt see anything wrong with what he was doing which is my issue you cant have a person with a short fuse to deal with customers when process and procedures of business are not clear to all your staff and customers are to be blamed for inconsistant policy application. Proper corrective measures MUST be taken because theres bad customer service in most stores in the township because people dont complain, Miniso is a fairly new store selling beautiful stuff and therefore bad attitude staff members should not be allowed to discredit its statue and potential.I am not one to complain but i take offence when imaturity,arrogance,rudeness and unprofessinalism take advantage of good business practice because people undermine our understanding of who a customer is.</p>
