Very disappointed, someone made an offer to purchase my house and MyRoof did nothing and the offer has now expired. I opted in for their Pro package and it supposed to last only 90 days but they still kept me on it after 6 months, so I am still forced onto a closed mandate. It is better to sell your house yourself or use a normal agency.

I clicked on a button to show me the address of a property, the platform auto-sent my contact details to the real estate agents. Now I'm being bombarded with messages and calls. I did NOT consent to this. This is a breach of POPIA. Change this user interaction.

This company is a joke. They moved the appointment so many times and when they actually did confirm to inspect the property at 7 in the morning for 09h30, they just never showed up. When I tried calling to find out where the person is, I was asked for a code that I was not given, as I did not want to pay them the upfront fee that they wanted. They refused to transfer me to the poeple that I spoke to so this company is lying about the "free service" and they refuse to assist if you do not pay upfont for their "package" that they are trying to sell you. From the other reviews, even after you do purchase the package, their service is still very poor. Stay away from My Roof, they are a ****.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from MyRoof and Standard Bank EasySell. The process of paying rates, taxes, and obtaining the municipal clearance certificate on behalf of the seller has now dragged on for more than three weeks, with no progress. Despite my repeated follow-ups, including writing to HelloPeter, there has been no meaningful response. It seems this is a pattern of how they treat their customers—almost as if we are being forced to sell or accept delays, rather than being supported through the process. Buying your first home should be an exciting experience, but instead, these unnecessary delays have turned it into a frustrating and discouraging journey. Unfortunately, MyRoof and EasySell have proven to be unreliable and not an institution I would recommend working with.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from MyRoof and Standard Bank EasySell. Buying a home should be one of the most exciting milestones in life, but Standard Bank and the MyRoof mandate process have completely taken away that joy. Instead of feeling supported, it feels as though we are forcing the Bank to sell us the house. For weeks now, Standard Bank has failed to process the necessary payments, including payments for rates and other obligations that are critical to move the transfer forward. This delay has left us stuck in the same place for over three weeks with no clear answers, no urgency, and no accountability. The excitement of becoming homeowners has been overshadowed by frustration, disappointment, and unnecessary stress caused by Standard Bank’s inability to act timeously. Buying a home should never feel this way. I am calling on Standard Bank to urgently process the required payments and to respect the timelines and responsibilities they owe to their clients. Very disappointed and I'll never go through this journey with them again. Biggest regret.

The most pathetic service from the lady that assisted in listing the property at my roof. Please if you want to keep customers teach your staff to listen to a customer instead of her just talking like a tape recorder. I have listed a property with her in May and since then I have not relieved any feedback besides when I called to find any updates. However today I called to check the progress of the property and was informed that I rejected two offers. Checked on my profile and I do not have access to access or reject offers. Trying to explain that to the lady that just could not understand what access or functionality I have on the system , she does not listen to me and assist but keep saying the same thing that I have declined the offer which I have not done. Can you teach her some phone ethics to listen and assist or advise not just talk and talk without trying to sort out my access. Nothing absolutely nothing was made of this call. I do not wish to deal with MY ROOF as she is the face of your company. Kindly cancel this listing. Lastly I need this to be investigated as to who rejected the offer as I do not have access so if you can get you IT department involved and provide feedback I would be appreciated. Cannot work with *********** staff.

If you trying to buy a property through myroof you're wasting your time. I've been trying to view a house for the past 3 weeks, they said an agent will call me but that hasn't happened and no one can actually assist
