I clicked on a button to show me the address of a property, the platform auto-sent my contact details to the real estate agents. Now I'm being bombarded with messages and calls. I did NOT consent to this. This is a breach of POPIA. Change this user interaction.
I was charged R24.05 per liter for diesel at KNR Kuilsriver Cape Town, next to Netcare Hospital when the price is supposed to be around R21.51 per liter. A whole R2.54 MORE. I got fleeced out of 2 liters of diesel, or R42.00. What type of shady franchises is Engen allowing it's owners to run?
On the 20 April I was charged a RESTRUCTURE AMENDMENT - DEBIT of - R3627.62 I did NOT ask for the balloon debt to be refinanced. I did not agree to any debt refinancing via ANY form of communication with MFC. The settlement amount for the vehicle has been paid. I demand a refund for the R3627.62
Ah, Absa! :) The bank I can rely on for all my NEGATIVE banking experiences. Got a call about a credit limit increase which I declined. The consultant then slammed the phone in my ear. Did I mess with her commission? She clearly doesn't need a job in this economic climate. LOL.

I tried to get a loan to get me through the covid period, Absa refused to help me despite having a near perfect credit score and confirmation that my financial standing would be back to normal within a month. I have been banking with Absa since the 2000s. These banks talk about the relationship that they have with customers but all we are to them is I.D numbers, debits and credits. Why do you even have people sitting around in your branches or answering calls, because you might as well replace them with apps.
Bought an induction cooker from TAKEALOT. The price was R1699. My order has just been cancelled. I go online, its cooker is still available but the price has been hiked up to R1799 !!!! I had already placed my order at that R1699 and paid, therefore its unfair to cancel my order so you can increase the price!!! Its extremely dodgy. This is not how you should conduct business. I would like to purchase this cooker at previous agreed price !!!!
Firstly, I am no longer an MTN customer so I don't know why you are calling me. Your call centre agent Siyanda calls me and starts rapping about a deal. Before I have even had a chance to respond (because ultimately he called ME and didn't even give me a chance to speak) At the first sign that I am not interested he hangs up. If he makes 30-40 calls a day, he is definitely ****ing off a LOT of your potential customers. Good luck getting anyone to sign on with your promos.

Your agent went to the back room, stuck a fresh sticker on the camera and came back to give me some B$ story about it being kept for another customer. <br /><br />I have done business with Kuilsriver Cash Crusaders before and I was just about to inquire about a guitar for my gfs daughter, that I also saw in Parow Mall. You can miss me with your B$. Keep the R500 camera, you will never see another cent from me. <br /><br />I will spread the word, I will get my camera's worth out of you (and more!), one way or the other!!</p>
Someone tried to call me on 23/12/15 16H35 and I cannot answer. I assume its Cell C. Not being able to answer does NOT mean my complain has been resolved.
