Very disappointed, someone made an offer to purchase my house and MyRoof did nothing and the offer has now expired. I opted in for their Pro package and it supposed to last only 90 days but they still kept me on it after 6 months, so I am still forced onto a closed mandate. It is better to sell your house yourself or use a normal agency.
They delivered the wrong item and then do nothing to refund me or to collect the item. You can Log so many returns on their portal but nothing happens - dead silence cause these ******* already have my money. Order #5807433
Absolute useless and ***********. The Call center hang up the phone when you speak to them. I called this company 3 x times where they said they will rebook the collection when I phoned, but they do nothing except waste your airtime. They were given clear instructions but obviously they hire the ***********. I cant believe companies use this couriers.
Useless, they delivered my order at a random address in a complete different town. Pathetic. What I don't understand is why companies use this useless courier service when they see the bad ratings.
Poor service. They do not reply to mails. Have been struggling to get in touch with them for a US visa. Do NOT use this company.
Absolutely useless service. They do not reply to mails or messages. After I have cancelled an order these buffoons still shipped the order. Will definitely not ever order from them again.
Most useless courier company out there, should I find out any company is using this useless courier company in the future I would rather cancel my order. Its been weeks and my item has not been delivered. They never once contacted me to indicate there is any issues. When I contacted them they said the dimensions were wrong and I have to pay in R149.70. I refused to pay this as this should have been checked with the supplier, any case, they changed their minds and said this wasn't the issue and it was because the address was Franskraal and not Franskraal Strand and I have to pay in R149.70. How many ****** Franskraal's is there in SA with the same damn postal code? I've had loads of deliveries and not once was it an issue if I used Franskraal or Franskraal Strand. This useless company couldnt even update the tracking website to indicate there was an issue. Tracking number is RJ4JC3
I had a simple data contract for about R50 a month. I was unaware the contract expired as I work at sea and I do not always have internet. I was shocked to learn that Vodacom automatically changed my contract and were debiting my bank account for the last 3 months for about R1399 per month. This was for uChoose Flexi 175 Line Rental (R175) and Handset Installment 15 (R 1224). I never agreed to this and I never upgraded my account. I am still at sea, I can't phone and there is no way for me to contact these thieves.I also cant cancel the debit order. The number is 0823165852. I don't even have this stupid simcard anymore as it was in my car that got stolen a month ago whilst I was offs****.
My case number is C7587-9-2016. I've opened a case with Lipco a couple of years ago and still my issue has not been resolved. Every few months there is a new consultant or lawyer and then they have no idea on where to start . It seems the whole procedure with them just keeps on repeating itself. It's taken so long that the people I've made a case about has moved location and the new Lawyers are now unable to find them. Now Lipco expects me to cover the cost for a tracer to find the people that was supposed to have been taken to justice ages ago. It's due to Lipco/LawFOrALL's slackness and poor customer support that has given rise to further cost which they are now trying to pass on to me.
<p>I've been going to Ster-Kinekor for years and had a Gold loyalty cards. A while back I decided to see how many points I have accumalted over the last few years and was shocked to see I had ZER0 ! I was expecting to see at least 10 000 points!</p> <p> </p> <p>I then went to see the manager at Blue Route to complain because I have just bought a ticket and that didn't even register any points. I asked the manager how am I going to get my points for about the last 3 years and he then said I was supposed to keep all my slips if I want to claim my points. Seriously, who the hell keeps their slips?</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, I tried to login via the website and it is really ****, I can't even reset my password.</p> <p>Really pathetic!</p>
