Sorry this is a bit of longer story. We used the Safra website to get various quotes and when we reached out for assistance, they advised that the company had been suspended from their site due to complaints. This was understood after our goods were already being held ransom by Office Home Furniture Removals. At First all seemed to be in order, with a quick quote response and pricing that seemed reasonable compared to the rest. The first incident was them sending the wrong sized truck per the quote to collect our goods, even though a comprehensive list was provided and quoted for. This delayed our leaving Joburg a day later as they had to come back for the remainder of the goods the next day. Luckily we had a place to stay for the night of inconvenience. However, once the Goods and in this case our entire home, was in their possession, is where the bigger trouble began. We were told that we booked a part load which required another customers goods to be loaded and then all will be delivered. Understood. The estimated time provided was two weeks which suited our holiday timeline. Two weeks pass and we touch base on the delivery, being promised our goods in that same week. Another week passes with multiple follow ups and missed calls and we still wait for our goods. We are now inconvenienced with paying for accommodation and rent of a place that we can't stay in without our furniture. Multiple attempts on calls, emails and even having friends physically drive to their warehouse/site to see where the goods are and all we got were excuses. Now another two weeks later forced to the brink of getting the law enforcement involved we finally receive word that our goods are now only loaded and leaving for the Cape. On the day of delivery we receive multiple calls for full payment before delivery is made or our goods will not be delivered but taken back with the truck to Joburg. Needles to say their internal misalignment was in our favour and our goods were delivered while the Head Office was still threatening non-delivery. The goods were off loaded with the help of new neighbours while the delivery guys stood and supervised. We had two boxes of goods broken and fridge scratched although wrapped when their guys were offloading and these are yet to be compensated for (pictures and lists provided on the day as they requested), and they continued to demand payment. The other customers goods were also on the load and it was discovered that his goods were picked up the week before our goods were picked up. This means the full load could have been delivered according to the given time lines without any delays or excuses. Payment was made after an almost fist fight due their arrogance and rudeness and the driver and delivery guys attempting to intimidate us. This experience left a bad taste and we would not recommend anyone wanting to save a little to use them, unless they are prepared to put up with all the headache and drama. We will not go cheap again and it proves that if you pay cheap, you Will get cheap service. The team of dodge/slick talkers service providers consist of Phibeon, Andrew and Jimmy from the Head office. The lady Hanelie from QuickSolve was great and assisted with follow-ups and chasing to get our goods delivered even though it was out of their scope. I hope this serves as a warning to others out there needing to have goods moved but wanting to save a quick buck. There are risks like these involved. Take heed.

In short this was the worst experience of our lives!!!! Moving from Joburg to Cape Town, we were promised a good price and delivery in 72 hours. 6 weeks later, we were being ignored, no communication for days, threatened and our items held for ransom while the demanded more money and full payment before we would see our belongings or even see the truck!! With nothing to our name, no beds (my wife, kids and I sleeping on blankets on the floor) no clothes, no kitchen items, no fridge, no work equipment, nothing, they were holding our belongings at ransom. Eventually by opening a case of theft, tracking down the driver and with the assistance of the SAPS got our things back. Stay away from these people.

This company is a ****. They've put **** pictures on their website to try and look legit. We hired them to take our furniture from Gauteng to KZN - it was a Saturday pickup and supposed to be shipped to KZN on Sunday as per their schedule. Instead of delivering our goods, they kept them in their very shabby warehouse and kept giving us stories instead of delivering our stuff. When we called them to find out what's going on - they actually just **** and said our good were being loaded into their delivery truck - which wasn't even there. We ended up having to go physically see their warehouse to check for our things - it is shabby and very badly maintained and managed - just a disaster. Then they change their story that their delivery truck is in the western cape and they can't deliver. Extremely unprofessional service. There were other clients there who went to their warehouse, who were also extremely fed up with the non-delivery of their goods. People ended up taking their stuff back, as did we. Whole lot of hassle, no honesty, no professionalism - don't expect for this company to deliver anything of yours.

This removal Company really is bad bad news. I wrote a 1st review on Hellopeter two weeks ago, they forwarded it to this company, without any reaction or response. Just a flat ignore. Prior to that, I complaint with the ombudsman. They followed it up with the company, getting the same result. This is really an insult to any business in terms of best practise principles. Once they have your money, all standards go down the drain. Be careful and stay away. I have learnt a very expensive lesson.

This company initially quoted me for a shared load Pretoria to Victoria West R23 000 Incl of packing and wrapping. Two days before shipment, I received a call from their Operational Manager, stipulating the costs now went up to R40 000, as it now is a single load, thus R17000 extra. I was forced to pay it as my furniture was already loaded and at their warehouse. When my supposedly single load arrived, great was my surprise that it was a shared load. I reported it with photos and documentation to them and the ombudsman, without success. They just ignored both me and the ombudsman. I lost R17000. I still, after two months, haven't received my pot plants. Nightmare experience and a financial loss.

Worst experience of my life moving my furniture from Centurion to Cape Town. None of the arrangements and timelines were honored. Lies on lies of where my stuff was. Difficult to get hold of them and communication was pathetic. Really thought I will never see my stuff again. Was stressed out of my mind. Waited for the delivery on Monday the 16th Oct after they collected my stuff on Thursday the 12th Oct. When I phoned them to find out what time they will arrive, I was told that they haven't left yet. Then I was told they will arrive on the Wednesday the 18th. On the Tuesday I was told their truck broke down in Bloemfontein. The gearbox of the truck was lying in the ground and they expected it to only be fixed by Friday the 20th. When I tried to make other arrangements and collect my stuff from Bloemfontein, the refused to share the truck's location with me. They then said they will send a 2nd truck and they will send it straight to me for delivery Friday so that I won't miss my flight back. On Thursday they shared a screen print of where the truck was, on it's way to Mosselbay and not Cape Town. They missed the Friday delivery and only arrived on Saturday the 21st October. I missed my flight and they couldn't be bothered. All the communication was initiated by me, no updates from them to keep me informed. They really didn't care that there were arrangements made with security and flights booked according to timelines they provided. They are extremely unprofessional and their trucks are in poor condition. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. Stay away, there are other much better moving companies out there that will deliver for the same amount of money and on time. The good reviews was with previous ownership. The current owners doesn't know anything about running a removal company.
